I almost threw out my first Jawbone. The earpiece was a hapless design with no combination of ear bud, loop and duct tape capable of retaining the thing to my head. Then I got a custom-molded earpiece. Web search for Jawbone Custom Earpiece. It fits so tight I turn my Blackberry 8830 volume all the way down and thereby extend the Jawbone's battery life by hours. I've now owned four Jawbones; 2 originals, 2 Jawbone IIs. I just ordered number 5, a Prime this time. I abuse them climbing towers - they never seem to pass the gravity test from 100 or more feet up. Other than that, the noise reduction and audio quality is better than the top-of-the-line sets I've tried, especially with the improved wind protection of later models. When I've climbed the tower and am ready to call someone smart to tell me what I need to do up there, I'm glad to have my Jawbone on. |

I absolutely love The Jawbone2!!! I have been through many defferent brands,styles, and sellers. This product does exactly whats discribed and more. I recomend this product for anyone who is looking for a great bluetooth headset for a GREAT price! I am very satisfide with the jawbone2. I will be staying with the jawbone for good! I was amazed by the clairity of this product while making a voice comand! I usualy have to argue with my other ones for a while until It accual gets the right comand. The fit is great too. This product and distributor deserves a 10 all around!!! |

Compared to a cheap Plantronics & a similarly priced Motorola, this thing rocks. Friends always complained they couldn't hear me due to background noise until I started using the Jawbone. I am on the road alot, & the headset really cancels the noise, but picks up your voice when speaking. I was skeptic, so when I first received it, called a friend with my home stereo up, standing near the speaker, he could not hear on the other end. Only complaint is the battery doesnt seem to last as long, but not by much. |

Unfortunately, the unit was dead on arrival. It would not take a charge, and would not turn on so it was returned. If I get a replacement, I'll update. |

I bought both the Black and Silver models. This works better then 12 other Bluetooth I've used including the Jabra JX-10 runner up. I tested with the NoiseAssassin on and off in many various conditions to my voice mail and it cuts the background noise "Considerably". I rated the performance a 4 because at times it cuts out all background noise as well as the UTube Construction noise video: so it sounds like you are in a closed room alone: to a moderately good amount of sound reduction, but overall the best to date I've found. Note you must pair from the "Off" state: it's easy to miss this in the skimpy pairing instructions. I also rated the features a 3 since the bulk packaging normally has no extra ear loops or different size ear buds, so you may be better off paying the extra $10 or so for the better refurb package if it's in stock. |

Liked the smaller design but this unit does not perform as well as the original. Pairing was difficult the ear loops dont work as well so voice transfer is disrupted and the battery does not last as long. Would still be using my first Jawbone if they hadnt stopped making the ear loops and ear buds! Very disappointed in the quality and performance. |

This product work very well but not with my samsung cel.... in fact I use two cel phone samsung and it does not work at all with both of them. so be sure to try it on your cel before purchasing. |

To say that the Jawbone is an amazing piece of technology is an understatement. To get one for half the retail price WITH the extended warranty is even more amazing. It works great, the price was astounding and it arrived in two days (standard shipping). |

By far the best headset I've experienced. I have used it while driving on the highway, with my moonroof open and air blowing from vents onto my face, and everyone says the calls are clear with good volume. Earphone sound quality is great. I'd like to see more earbud options, maybe a cone shape or expanding foam cylinder like some iPod earbuds. I exchanged a Blue Ant V1 for the New Jawbone and I know I made the right choice. |

I love the jawbone 2. The only thing that would have been nice is if tigerdirect supplied the correct instructions. They gave me the jawbone 2 with jawbone 1 instructions in the package. Pairing and reseting was completely different than with the Jawbone 1. I had to go online to find out how to pair my jawbone with my phone. |

First one did not pair with phone but replacement paired quickly and easily. Sound quality is good but the Bulk Packaging does not have the different size earloop or earbud to customize fit (I'll get the retail version next time.) Occasional cracking sound when fit is not securely in ear. Biggest drawback is the tendancy to turn off the conenection when adjusting it in you ear; you have to learn to pinch the top and bottom to adjust. Better quality than my Voyager 520 but very delicate to use. |

This is the best noise canceling ear piece that I have seen. You can be running a lawn mower and the person you are talking to can not hear it. It might be a little hard to adjust but for a guy that is driving a Big Truck it is a excellent purchase. You can talk and be heard better than you can hear what a switch. |

I have spent more time with Aliph ''customer service'', than my family in the recent past.I bought original jawbone it wasjunk. Terrible fit and ''noise shield'' didn't work, returned it. New replacement took Forever to arrive due to one error after another with reps handling complaint.After what I considered to be an incredibley painful ordeal.It has become very evident that Aliph borders, if not crosses the line of being criminal.I have dealt with many companies over the years some with GREAT results.. some with a few problems...but I can honestly say this is the WORST COMPANY AND PRODUCT I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. |
I have now had two Jawbone II's, purchased on the rave reviews and recommendations of others. It is VERY difficult to keep them in my or my friend's ears... despite having purchased better earpiece kits direct from Aliph. Consequently it's difficult to hear others, and impossible to adjust in my ear without accidentally disconnecting the call. One of them is VERY difficult to turn on and adjust the sound volume. I am extremely disappointed in the quality (both design and manufacture).
