Cons: Not as stiff of a case as some of Asus's other laptopsThe DVD tray is not as robust feeling as some othersThe documentation and Asus website for registering the warranty is in poorly written English and hard to navigate

Like all Asus laptops, the build quality is very good. The case is fingerprint resistant and feels good to the touch. The IceCool technology to keep the palmrest cool works very well as does the palm sensor on the touchpad to avoid accidental cursor movement.I have sold 5 of these in the last month and all my customers have given me a two thumbs up on this model.
