Overall its an excellent package for the price that it comes with. Very easy to use and quite quiet for the average user. The only possible problem is that its corded instead of cordless but that only depends on what you like. Good value for sure, Microsoft has done something right, lol. |

This keyboard/mouse set came with a computer I bought; it's alright, except usually when I word process I use the function keys, but the keys are shared between normal F1-12 functionality with functions like New, Undo, Redo... which I don't really use since I just use Ctrl-N, Ctrl-V, etc. Also, the light on the keyboard stays on after the comp is off, since a lil electricity still flows through the cable. Have to unplug and replug to get it to turn off. |

When you build a system you get this combo for cheaper than you'll find anywhere. Ive owned a few sets of these and never had any trouble with them. The keys are solid and the optical mouse is a bonus. |

Nothing fancy here, but if you are simply looking for a decent keyboard and mouse (and buying a system), then this keyboard isn't a bad choice.I particularly like the volume and mute buttons - they are quite useful but I find the other shortcut keys pretty redundent.. though they are all programmable under windows.Also found (the hard way) that the keyboard is pretty durable - have spilled some water on it, simply wipped it down, and has no effect on the keyboard.Solid purchase. |

I bought this keyboard over boxing day sales and I'm happy with it. It was a nice price. The only thing that I don't like is the keyboard layout. I don't mind having the play buttons or whatever on top, but changing the layout of the function keys (F1) and no insert key. The mouse is fine tho. |

For $30, it's hard to go wrong. The buttons on here are quite useful, and the optical mouse is a bonus. The only issue I have is with the setup of the end, delete, home, page up, etc keys. It takes a while to get used to. |

I bought this for my mother. She is very happy with it. For her needs this is perfect. She doesn't use the F1-12 keys so it makes no difference to her, but I find this layout a little hard to get used to. They are grouped in sets of 3 instead of 4. Not a big deal, I'm sure I'd get used to it after some time. Even with that minor annoyance, this is a great buy. |

For the price you pay for this combo its hard to beat it. While its not the best combo out there you pay 1/3 the price for it. THe keys were a little stiff i found compared to my logitech and for that reason alone in would pass on getting this again. FOr someone that doesnt use their rig lots these would be perfet, but for a avid gamer or prehaps a business workstation i would suggest spending the extra bucks and getting a logitech combo. |

I got 5 of theses combos the other week w/ no system purchase at all so ignore that requirement. They are great. I got them on sale at NCIX for just $27. Roughly $13 for each piece. What can I complain about at that price? Nothing so I won't. I highly recommend this combo. Very nice and they work perfectly. |
this is a great keyboard and mouse. I use it for my PC right now, since I can't afford to buy a gaming mouse and keyboard. Everything works fine, but the F Lock button is really annoying. Everything else is good enough.
