I am quite surprised at how heavy this keyboard is. I was expecting a really cheap build, but it is surprisingly weighty and the keyboard chassis seems to have a pretty solid construction. There is very little flex even if you attempt to torque opposite corners of the keyboard and it has a soft touch rubber feel to the whole top side of the chassis. It also has wide, flat non-slip rubber pads on all four corners on the underside that do exactly what they are supposed to do.This is marketed as having 5 backlight colorus...IMO they could almost get away with claiming 5+ colours. If you turn the brightnes almost all the way down or up each colour could pass for a different shade. This effect is most noticeable on the green spectrum. On very low brightness, Yellow becomes green, light blue becomes aqua etc.The really unfortunate problem that most people will have with this keyboard is that the keys are mushy and sometimes feel as though they stick against adjacent keys. They don't actually stick (as in no keystrokes are repeated), but it just feels like they do. I would love to see a mechanical version of this board but a higher quality dome setup would solve the problem. This isn't a deal breaker for me, but it might be for some.I hope Azio takes note of these "sticky" keys and releases an improved version of this keyboard in the future as this is really the only negative for this otherwise impressive board. Not a bad keyboard, but I probably wouldn't buy another. For me - it's just not as nice to type on as most 'plain' keyboards that I've used. The keys are more like you find on a laptop. The backlighting, media keys, and price are certainly nice though ($30 on sale).
