Cons: - Does not have eSATA or IEEE 1394 (I have no use for either so did not matter)- If you have a 2 slot video card the second reset jumper can't be reached- For the same reason as above you may not be able to plug in the front audio headers

Pros: - OC's very well (many have reached 600+ FSB with C2D's [not air obviously])- A lot of space around the cpu for coolers- New Bios (810) adds feature that reduces vdroop quite a bit
Comment:
Having read several threads this boards seems to be a very capable C2D overclocker as many have reached 600+ FSB.I personally have a Q6600, and currently have it at 8x400 with only the vcore increased by 25mv (with improved cooling on the chipset I should be able to do +12.5mv or maybe even stock volts). The new 810 bios adds a feature for vdroop control, disabling it reduced my vcore voltage dropĀ  under load from 50mv to ~20mv when I was using +50mv to get 400fsb stable. It may not be as good as some physical mods, but definitely does it's job (although why disabling it instead of enabling it improves this is beyond me, could be that disabled actually means enabled). As mentioned in the weaknesses, with my 4870 in the pcie x16 slot closest to the cpu it covers up the second reset jumper (the other is still accessible though). The front audio jack header is also covered up by the videocard, although I think if you put it in before the videocard it will fit under (I use a usb headset so this doesn't matter, it also still has the rear outputs). For drivers, I have both windows xp pro and vista ultimate x64 installed on my machine, I had no trouble at all getting the x64 drivers and them working. All in all a very capable board, even though it only has 4 phase power, which goes to show how much you really need the 8 or 16 phase power boards (4 phase power is good enough for all but the extreme overclocking stuff ie with liquid nitrogen). Just make sure to get the 810 bios, it does add some nice features. This review was modfied by poster @ 10-08-08 01:49 PM

Cons: BIOS needs work.Support is lacking from DFI, use their message board, as DFI has little to no support. Other users are your best bet.

Pros: Well thought out boardDoes exactly what it is supposed to do.

I have been using this for two weeks now, and other than a few hiccups installing xp 64 drivers, which is to be expected, everything works as advertised. It was a great upgrade from a crappy asrock board.

Cons: -no E-SATA-can't lower voltages to CPU

Pros: -looks good-full PCI-E 2.0 at 8X when in CF (this is the equivilent of a PCI-E1.1 slot at 16xplenty of SATA connectionsdid I mention it looks sexy
Comment:
good bored I have my Q6600 at 3.0 no problems was reall easy though temps are becoming an issureIt's a very good entry line motherboard for modest OC'ing but until the BIOS gets betetr the P35 version is the one to get for OC'ing
