Cons: stand is realy realy flimsy... The PIP does not work with hdmi cable box this should be specified, the joystick for manual setting is a bit basic, but comes up handy if remote is unavailable, would prefer a set of buttons for these commands.
Pros: good quality monitor for price plus tv tuner makes buying this monitor a sweet deal. Easy to install in windows 7/8image is real good but more preset would have been nice Comment:

Cons: DOes not work with Mac Pro Tower 2008 Early - Does not see signal - had to return two of them.
Pros: Nice design - lightweight, very good design to put it on it's stand Comment:
Don't buy if you are using on older Mac Pro - Will most likely work with the brand new mac tower. |

ITs a good TV/monitor combo and lets you add cable functionality to your desk. 28 inches for 1080p at this close of a range isnt optimal but there arent any 1440p tvs out there |

I bought this one as a monitor when it was on sale. The price is comparable to the other monitor without TV function.Color on this TV is good. No dead spot as far as I know. With the remote and many inputs, that make this TV a good media center.USB port is a good extra. I can plug in a USB key with picture or video files and play direcly on the TV. A great plus. What's missing is network connection. So this cannot qualify as smart TV.The stand is a little bit fragile. With the weight of the TV, I worry it can break easily if I swing it just a little bit harder. |
This monitor has very good images and sound, especially when you take into account of its price point. It also boasts a full range of sockets/ports to connect your multiple devices: 2 HDMIs, USB, A/V, components, VGA.One annoyance with this monitor is that its demo display feature is turned on by factory default. You've to explore its menu to find a way to turn it off yourself.
