Picked this up looking for a budget board so I could squeeze the last bit out of my 3800+ X2 before I would upgrade. Since I was looking for a OC'able mobo I chose the wrong one as I only got an extra 200mhz (2ghz to 2.2ghz). However, if you already own a respectable CPU then it is still a great mobo for a budget price.
