I ordered 2 of these for a dual 26'' monitor setup. This arm is advertised as supporting up to 30'' monitors, but there is one glaring flaw in the design of these arms. The point at which the arm extends out from the base is secured only by two phillips screws. These screws are supposed to provide ''height adjustment'' (step 2 in the manual). In order to loosen them to increse the height, I had to use WD40 and 2 hours of brute force before they loosened, (they were already partially stripped when they arrived & obviously had been tightened by machine). The advertised ' adjustable height' feature is absurd, as the extension arm eventually just slides back down the base once your monitors are mounted. I ended up wedging 2 metal L brackets I happened to have (of exact height) underneath the extention for each arm in order to have it support the monitors without sliding back down the base. The 2 screws simply can't support the weight of a monitor. Apart from that flaw they work well.
