Pros: - 10bit color- More Bandwidth- Easy to plug and unplug

I bought this to replace my dual link DVI cable. didn't really need to but I did for shits and giggles. The 10 bit color is a nice addition.

Cons: Serious issue with macbooks and dell ultrasharp.

Pros: White, works most of the time.

Just got it for my unibody macbook pro with Dell 24" IPS Ultrasharp monitor. Works well, but if you turn off the monitor while the cable is connected, the monitor won't turn back on. See http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/peripherals/f/3529/p/19343365/19738525.aspx?PageIndex=2 for more info. This cable is not built to standards and has some issues when using it between a macbook pro and a dell ultrasharp monitor. This review was modfied by poster @ 06-01-11 08:34 AM

Used it on my Toshiba laptop to connect to HP 1920x1200 LCD. The computer has only 2 output VGA and DP.VGA was giving me some moving scan line and image was not clean. With the DP connected all is perfect!
