Best $2 mic I've ever had. The packaging was surprisingly good for something this cheap. Sound quality is okay - although that does depend partially on your onboard audio.For $2, I'd definitely buy these again for anyone that needs a cheap mic.If you game online a lot, it might be worth spending more on a better mic. For this price, you can't go wrong. I needed a cheap microphone to substitute my broken old mic and the one I recently bought at a loonie store for $3 and wouldn't work at all.This one works fine. |

I got the OG brand microphones, I bought 3. The price was right, they aren't great but they work. I would recommend getting the next level up labtec's for about 4.50 cents, I have that as well and it is way better. |

I would recommend this to anyone, it's a very very cheap microphone and it works. why pay extra to have it attached to the headset when you can save so much more. |

Its your typical boom microphone. Surprisingly works well with my digital voice recorder. However, I would suggest if your doing podcasts and the like, pick up a better sound card to match it with. The performance of a integrated soundcard versus a second creative 5.1 sound card makes a big difference, in terms of recording strength. |

Well it's grey and ugly, but it matches my ugly monitor, so that's a plus. I have this one which i got for 3 bucks, and then another that i got locally for 5 bucks, essentialy the same thing except the one i got locally came with a thing so you could put it on the side of your monitor, which i thought was neat, but i guess it's not worth 2 bucks, so this one'd be better value-wise. |

Have been putting off getting a basic mic for a long time, added this one as 'filler' to get an order up to $50. Mic looks like its about 8 years old, very unattractive design, but what the hey it works. 8 years ago these were $15; now, just $2.63! |

I bought the 5.1 headphones for playing FPS games. I needed a mic to communicate with teammates, so had to get an external (non headset) solution. These were dirt cheap. It gets the job done and I don't care too much about sound quality, as long as I'm unerstood! |

I guess I cant complain about a $3 mic, but I'm having trouble with the volume. I have to speak half an inch from it in order for it to pick up any sound, and I can't increase the mic volume high enough because it starts giving off this nasty feedback. Strange because when I talk into the mic, there doesn't seem to be any problem with the volume - I can hear myself through the speakers pretty well, but if I try to use it online or through the voice recorder, it's too low. I puchsed a few of these for my friends company he was starting up and he says they worked perfectly for the price. If your into gaming, i would just go for a headset of some sort. Maybe from Sennheiser or some cheap Audio 90's |

The workmanship is somewhat cheap on the plastic stand, but it works just fine.Cord is a good length, the stand is adjustable and very firm. Not too loose like some other models.Note that the model in stock changes frequently. |
Very simple desktop microphone, I just use it for an online game, DOD, no problems.
