Cons: -PCI-E Cables are absolutely atrocious to remove. The heatpipe blocks the PCI-E Clip so you need pliers to remove them.

Picked this up for only $15 more than the MSI Gaming version. Backplate and a higher OC for $15? Yes please!This needs (2) 8 pin PCI-E power cables. It also includes (2) 6 to 8 pin adapters if your power supply doesn't have enough 8 pin cables.Between selling my old GTX 660, and the included Arkham Origins game, I ended up paying a net of $80 This review was modfied by poster @ 10-03-13 12:52 PM |
Nothing to complaint about this card; it runs at 33% or 900-930RPM when it's idle and sure enough, dead silent. The temperature stayed at 30 degrees Celsius on idle and went up to 68 degrees Celsius after playing BF3 for 30 minutes+. Even playing a heavy graphics demanding game, the card keeps its silent. Of course, the user can define the RPM of the card based on temperature using software like MSI afterburner.
