Comment: awesome upgrade for a tight case, my last cables were bent a bit to try and fit it in my case (tight on the side) these babies let me close the case with out killing the cables.

Motherboard makers are now starting to put one or two SATA cables in their boxes, even though some boards have 8 SATA connectors. For $2.70 each, these are great cables. The fact that they have a right angle connector is the icing on the cake, allowing for easier installation in tight cases. Definitely worth having a few around if you build systems.

Mine was blue, which doesn't matter to me since I don't get cases with windows. One thing that kind of bothered me was that my cable had some sticky substance on it. Not a big deal since the cable works just fine.

Pros:Right angle input for hard drives; good if the computer is tight for space.Cheap Price Comment: I like this SATA cable since it has a right angle which is good if your computer is tight for space. I got a red coloured one. Cheap price.

The red seems to be more common now a days, the cable sleeves are kind of flimsy.

They are exactly as advertised. Do the job just as they needed to. The only issue I have is that they aren't all black, and apparently come in a variety of colours. Because the inside of my case is black, I would have preferred that, but got 2 red ones. Oh well.

If the manufacturers really want to make these unique. Make it so that it's a different color every few months. Then it becomes refreshing like decor; not that I would open a case to look at these but for those users with windows, it's something to consider.

Comment: Well, I'm very happy this cable was available with NCIX reward points, otherwise I'd have to purchase it separately.The 680i has two additional SATA ports facing outwards. Unfortunately for me, my case makes it very difficult to use them at all because of the restricted amount of space. So, I can at least use one of them with a right angle cable.What can I say, it does what it is supposed to.****

No locking heads, but you should know that since you read the product description already. Pros:Are a good length for use in my P182 (reach the lower hd cage with plenty to spare, which makes sliding the drive cage out a much less of a pain in the butt), were free on points. Comment: They work, and seem to hold very well in my mobo. I got them free on points, talk about the best deal in town!
