Cons: poor cable management

Pros: Excellent size and very resistant case. Great ventilation
Comment:
This is a great case, it has a lot of space with the option of many fans. Can support big graphic cards and many HDD. Bought the normal edition but the nvida edition looks great.

Cons: Front panel is a PITA to removeUSB and audio on top of the caseMobo tray fan must be VERY thin

Pros: LooksDesignDrive baysLots of fans
Comment:
I bought this case so that in the far future if I want to I can add water cooling to my rig. This one happens to also look very cool, the green is way better looking than the blue led fans. I also bought this to be able to hold my blu-ray library, which takes up 5 hard drives. The cable management clips are just plain annoying, take them out and cable tie stuff it looks better and you wont get angry at them. The tool-less pci locks aren't that great because they don't stop my fan controllers from moving around. The tool-less hard drive racks however are great, and it's even positioned perfectly so that you can fit your GTX 295 or whatever. The fans that came with the case were alright, I left the green one where it is and moved the other 2 to the top of the case. I then got 2 Scythe fans with controllers and put them on the back and on the side panel. In all I highly recommend this case, but coolermaster could make a few small improvements here and there.

Cons: Right side cover is tight with fan in place

Pros: Nvidia and coolmaster decals come off easyLots of space for large Graphics cardsEasy installation of componentsLots of air flow
Comment:
The right side cover is a tight fit after installing an 80mm Zalman fan. Other than that this case is a quality case that looks good. I don't like stickers and Graphics all over my computer so I was very happy to find the there was no drill required to remove the NVidia and Coolmaster badging from the front. This case easily fit an ATI 4870 graphics card.

Cons: Cable management clips made installing my motherboard a little tough. I had to break most of them off.

Pros: Lots of roomGreat cooling
Comment:
This is a cool case. I don't really like the big logos on the front, but the colour scheme is nice and I like the side window. There's plenty of room in this thing to go SLI if you want to. Cooling is good at stock with 3 fans, but there's room to add a bunch more. Nvidia fans should definately get this case... it's cool.

Cons: Asus template for Usb, lan ports Ect don't line up very well Cant plug in cables, had to remove and leave out.

Pros: Solid case good design, attractive and functional.
Comment:
I'm pretty happy with this case, power supply on the bottom is a good idea(lowers the centre of gravity), cable management is kinda cool with a bit of fiddling.Like the case top USB, Esata ect.. Good Cooling, add a couple of more fans and you are set.. Installed ASUS P5Q-e no problem, quiet and cool with fans supplied.

Cons: Not easy to find matching green fans, they're either out-of-stock or somewhat expensive. The side window is tinted green, so you don't really have a choice (for lighting) but to go with either green fans of green CCFL's. See if you can pick up some dust filters for the fans as well, because the fan on the rear doesn't come with one. When you install your motherboard, the PCI slots at the very side touch your mobo. negligible, nonetheless.

Pros: The case has a nice design to it, not too flashy. Tool-less design, definitely an asset. nice window, VERY well ventilated. 3 stock fans > can't complain.
Comment:
The NV-690 case is an excellent case in many aspects. First, it has an OK price, but it can be found on sale or pricematched. From the money you save, buy yourself 2 more fans for the top (120-140mm both fit). The mobo screws are not bagged, but come along the side of the optical drive, which i found pretty neat. If you're an Nvidia fanboy, this is for you. The case itself isn't too flashy compared to the 900. It stands out, but not distracting. The case has rubber grommets for water cooling, and instead of installing two fans on the top, you can throw in a radiator. The PSU is on the bottom and it draws air from right underneath the case, which is good, but don't sit your case on carpet because the dust will draw right in. It's rather big, and could definitely fit large GPUs. The tool-less design is alright, but be careful when pulling out the HDD trays, they tend to break easily. The reset/power buttons feel sorta funny because they push in on an agle. All in all, a great case for a great price, with the potential to hold really powerful components.

Cons: -could have used one more fan at the top to vent the air from the processor out-could have used more lightning

Pros: -Looks nice-Comes with three fans-built in cable management -tinted green side-not overly flashy
Comment:
This case has very good airflow and looks very nice. It is more than large enough for 3 gtx 280's. I would recommend buying a few more 120mm fans for the top because all the hot air from the processor rises up and needs to be ventilated out. Overall its a good case!

Cons: Only complaint... The front side connectors are on the top which i cant get at where pc is in my computer desk.. lol.

Pros: Very Roomy. No tools needed. Places for case fans everywhere.
Comment:
Love this case! Lots of room inside worked well for me with 8800gt 2 pci cards no problem. Nice green glow on the front from the case fan.

Cons: Front and top cover somewhat difficult to remove.Cable management clips more of a hindrance than a help.

Pros: Good coolingTool-freeSleek look
Comment:
Decided I needed a larger case and went for the 690, mostly for its sleek appearance. It is definitely roomy inside, but I found that the cable management clips got in the way. I had to remove a couple so my video card (9800GTX+) would fit. However, that's a minor quibble as the overall quality of the case is excellent. This review was modfied by poster @ 01-05-09 06:40 AM
