Cons: Not as overclockable as some other brands with simular specs

Pros: Overclockable, looks great, runs well, stable, price is right!
Comment:
I have not found this stuff to be negative in anyway, or even limited for the average user, I myself am completely happy with OCZ and my choice in buying these ram modules.

Pros: cheap (by todays prices), look nice, ocz lifetime warrenty
Comment:
cheapest ddr2 4gb kit i could find (after PM). Work fine, didn't try to push them, as they went into a customers rig. Regardless, ocz is always a good choice when it comes to ram.

Pros: - Cheap and fast- OC well enough
Comment:
Bought this along with an E5200 and some G31 board and a 5870 for a friend's gaming build. Everything works great. Too bad prices have gone up since I bought these bad boys; I got them for $57

I bought this for my stepson and he loves it. They're fast, very reliable, and it's from OCZ. They make great ram and heard good things from other reviews. My stepson is a gamer and they're working flawlessly. Didn't try oc yet but, sure they would do just fine.

Very good RAM, bought it for my IONITX-A-U motherboard and did not give me any trouble at all. Runs at 800MHz, but I lowered the timing on it from 5-5-5-18 to 5-4-4-13 and got a small performance boost!

Excellent ram! Bought this set to replace my mushkin pc2-5300 thats a few years old. Bumped me up to 6gb. I have a 2gb set of these as well, and have ran them flawlessly for a year or so. I expect the same stellar performance from these!

Pros: Works great, excellent OCZ support and name brand
Comment:
Works perfect on my new Dell Inspiron 545 system. Passes memtest. OCZ support is excellent and RMA department is right here in Markham. But the real reason I purchased this is because of the nice shiny gold look. I love shiny things. :-)

Cons: It's RAM. You pay for what you're wanting to get.

Pros: Inexpensive, no performance issues
Comment:
The bling factor on this RAM aside, this RAM is definitely a good buy. You can definitely put some reliance on the product and the build quality is definitely up to OCZ's standards.

I don't OC so I can't say much about that, but I hear/read good things about its performance in that realm. Some motherboards default the speed to DDR2 800; you'll have to change that in your BIOS.

Pros: Overclockable
Comment:
Great memory. Lifetime Warranty covers overclock and overvoltage. The heatsinks becomes really hot and do their job perfectly. This memory is stable even with my Amd Athlon X2 5000+ overclocked from 2.6 Ghz to 3.0 Ghz. My bios detect it at 800 mhz automaticly while it detected Kingston 800 Mhz ram with heatsinks at 667 Mhz so this Ocz is better for my system than this Kingston. Never had a problem with it

Cons: Doesn't work at 5-5-5-18 on my M3A78-EM.

Pros: It is reliable.
Comment:
It works, it was a good deal for $50 back in March, or was it February? No matter it has been utterly reliable but it doesn't run at the rated speed on my M3A78-EM. I get 6-6-6-24 in my BIOS. I have not explored why, as my wife won't notice the difference and I don't want to risk any instability.I have the equivalent Corsair in my rig, on the same MOBO and it runs at 5-5-5-18 out of the box.It works, it was a good deal for $50 back in March, or was it February? Great memory for the price, heatsink on it looks great, although if they weren't there...the memory would probably be cheaper. Running them with my Gigabyte EP45-UD3L board and I have not seen a problem yet.

Cons: almost no overclocking potential

Pros: They work fine at the rated speed
Comment:
Bought these on sale for a basic PC build. They've worked perfectly at the rated speed but basically would not overclockMy particular sticks wouldn't go past 810mhz on a system which ran other ram past 1100mhz no problem.Still, these are nice basic sticks of ram which do fine at stock speeds. The ramsinks are so pointless and I wish you could buy them without sinks for cheaper

Even though this memory is not listed as compatible with my ECS A780GM-A, it worked fine. Its fast enough at the default timings for me and looks good with the mirrored gold. I can't imagine using vista with any less than 4 GB

Great RAM, worked with no issues at all on my ASUS P5N-E SLI. This mobo was very popular at the time, so here is a piece of advice for other owners looking to upgrading to 4Gb: the OCZ Gold 4Gb is probably one of your best choices, you can't go wrong with them. I previously had the 1Gb sticks of the Gold line and they served me well for 2 years; the 2Gb ones are just as good. They work just as good as they look.
