Just got this today, i got an m4a89gtd pro/usb mobo, 1090t processor, mushkin enhanced 8gb ddr3. There is significant air flow and cooling, leds look awesome. But I recommend a fan controller for this product, it can get quiet loud on the high speed setting. The actual cooler sits queit high off the mobo, be careful buying this if you have a custom cpu heatsink in your system, it can get quite tight! Overall qpretty happy with this product! |

Cons: the support clips arc outward a bit and the one closest to my graphics card on my microATX motherboard is bit to close for my liking but that may be just a board issue and I am planning a board upgrade anyways so I can live with it.
Pros: Seems to do a great job a cooling. My CPU is right next door and gets a fresh breeze from the XTC as well. *added bonus.Support clips fit snug and rest nicly on the memory chip locking tabs. Comment:
I got this refurbished. It's pretty nice, i have it plugged into my NZXT Phantom case fan controller for speed control without having to open the case to flick the Hi/Low switch. |
This is a great memory cooler for your memory. The OCZ XTC Memory Airflow Cooler really pushes alot of air. Also good for large heatsink memory tons of space between the memory and the cooler. It also features a Low and high switch so you ca set it for max performance or for silent computing.
