Pros: Lots of updates/support from websiteEfficient
Comment:
Runs my computer at 3.8 GHZ with no problems at all. I updated the BIOS without a problem as well. It seems to have helped with many of the bugs I was previously experiencing.

Cons: -vrms get really hot when overclocked-no that much accessories

Pros: -cheap-USB3-
Comment:
This is a value motherboard. Overclocking is not the best... I could only get my cpu to run fully stable at 3.8GHZ. I can run 4GHZ but not 100% stable. In HW monitor, TMPIN1 gets really hot... about 80C. Had to put a fan on the VRMS. I knew the VRMS were heating up because when I touched the VRM heatsink, temps would go down. Comes with the bare Minimum amount of accessories.

Cons: The Active Phase Switching can be a tad noisy.Apparently the MSI OC software isn't great.

Pros: MSI qualityDesignSolid
Comment:
For the price, this is a very nice and well designed motherboard. It has a lot of overclocking potential which is a definite plus.I love the way they designed the board, even if you have 2 dual slot GPUs, you'll still have room to put a couple of PCI slot cards in there, plus the GPUs won't block any of the SATA ports and even the IDE port, which is also a definite plus.I didn't have any compatibility problems after I built the computer and everything ran fine. There are a couple of things however. I find the APS is a tad noisy as I can hear it in my computer sometimes as I load applications. Now I haven't tried their OC software, but after some research, a lot of people were having problems with it and it just wasn't that great, maybe I'm wrong. Don't worry, this doesn't affect my star rating at all :).Overall, this is a solid board, highly recommended.Just a note in case someone runs into this. If you download a CPU monitoring program and it shows your CPU running at a lower speed than the stock speed, don't worry, it's just the APS from the mobo doing that. For example, my CPU freq. would show 1.3ghz when it should be 2.8ghz. At first I was worried but I realized it was the APS when I played a game and it went right back up to 2.8 ghz. It's just trying to save power I guess :).

Cons: kinda thin and flimsy board compared to gigabyte p55 boardsp55 chipset gets HOT on this board, up to 100 d cel.nothing much included in boxno 100mm xfire conector included

Pros: nice size and setupoverclocking ease16x and 8x pcie, good enough for me.newest bios , no board issues xcept one mentioned next.price

Picked this mobo up in a bundle pkg for my Sons Gamer rig.i760 lynnfield, coolit eco , ripjaw c9 1600, 2x 4850 ati, seasonic 850 watt psu, quiet and cool icute case.It went together easily , booted to the newest bios and ran flawless from the first optimal load in bios. This board doesnt include a 100mm ati xfire connector , it should though with a double gap between pcie slots.Just 1 sata cable and a ide cable?Overclocks easily , I must have a decent i5 chip, 1.096 stock volts, only needs 1.288 v to maintain a prime stable and intel burn test stable 4 ghz , 200x20 WITH c states and eist enabled , all that is disabled is turbo , but who needs turbo with 4x 4ghz cores. never went above 58 on full intel burn for 1hrnever went above 48 on 4hrs of prime 95 mixBUT, the chipset? if ya call p55 chipset a north or south or whatever the p55 chip gets hot , 100 degrees hot under extreme loads ! this board does not have huge heatpipe type chip coolers so i guess this is why?, i mounted a 120mm fan pointed between the two graphics cards on an angle above hdd in cage(zipp ties) , worked and now chip never gets above 60.regular gaming and uses will never push this as hard in real life so should be good for a long time.one burnt thumb up

Cons: rebate in US dollars kinda useless

Pros: nice board for the priceusb 3.0sata3sli/crossfire capable
Comment:
bought this board for a friend couple with a i5 760 and 4gb ram.the board is sli crossfire compatible which is nice also the 2 pciex16 port are spread apart far enough so the top card can get enough air (unlike my x58 ud4p)overall this is a decent board when you don't want to spend $600 for an x58 kit

Cons: Overclocking temps.Bios is alright.

Pros: Price.Decent features.
Comment:
This board is excellent for a budget build. However, if you plan on doing any decent overclocking on the CPU, you will need to invest on some extra cooling for the power phase controllers as they can peak up to 120C during CPU intensive tasks (had prime running for 30 minutes before I took notice of the temp and decided to investigate with an open bench test). I installed a 5cm fan on top of the heatsink. It idles at around 41-44C and peaked up to 80C with an open bench prime test with my i5 760 at 4.0Ghz. Other than that the board is a great value.

Cons: None so far.

Pros: Works as planned.i3/i5/i7 compatible.Price.
Comment:
I used this Mobo to build my first PC. I wanted to do a relatively cheap build that I could upgrade later if I wanted to make a gaming PC or whatever. I'm running it with an i3/4gb ram/350w ps/cheapo ATI 4350 video card. What can I say? It worked like a charm first time I turned it on, and a few weeks later it hasnt blown up or anything. Now I have the option of putting in a nice processor or a couple of video cards if I want. I was a little trepidatious buying this considering it had no reviews, but it works great!

Cons: pci-1 slots are right next to the pci-16 slots, USB 3.0, SLI and crossfire ready. Easy to OC.

Pros: Lots of features. SLI/Crossfire ready. Great Value.
Comment:
Great board for those that want a cheap mobo with features. There are 2 USB 3.0 slots for future use. BIOS is newb friendly (for people like me). The only gripe i have is that the pci1 slots are right next to the pci16 slots so if you're planning to SLI or crossfire, it might get in the way if you've got a card attached to the pci slots.
