I dont have anything that compares to this so I dont know how other build stand up to this.
Pros: -So far it seems to be the best upgrade for power and value in one. Games very well. |

Asus P8P67 Pro is a great board.. Overclocks nicely (4.6ghz) and lots of useful features packed in. The go-to board for a new SandyBridge system. I appreciated that they used the A2/B2 slots for the first two sticks of RAM so that the heatsink has more room to fit. |

An extra chassis fan header would have been nice.

Just built a new PC with this board, and it's been smooth sailing so far. My i5-2500k processor is running stable with this board at 4.4 GHz - I haven't attempted to go any higher. Like my last few Asus boards, this hasn't let me down. |

Purchased this instead of the Delux. Glad I did since I don't need the extra things on the Delux. Using this with 2500K and OC'd to 4.5GHz. It's running perfectly with 35temps and 65 under load. |

- One of my SATA 6.0GB/s ports is dead... if I try to plug anything into it, I'll get bluescreens of death

Great product... maybe? I figure I just got unlucky. But getting a shoddy SATA port after the recall on these motherboards due to bad SATA ports makes me feel so uneasy... I know it's bad for a different reason... but the irony of replacing my old B2 motherboard for a B3 one only to find out I have a broken SATA port, leaves me frustrated. I'm on my third motherboard now... I can't handle getting a fourth. Don't really know... frustrated with the product.3 stars: Great product, but I can't say it's "very good" if it comes partially broken out of the box. |

Had to wait quite awhile to get this board as it was backordered, but am I glad I did. I love this board, it is loaded with features and was easy to install. Is running perfectly with my i5 2500k. No complaints at all, highly recommend this board if you are looking for a LGA socket 1155 board. |
-Had LGA 775 E6600 2.4ghz with 4 gigs of DDR2 800. with GTX460. crysis could barely run well. most of it had to be low settings. Starcraft2 ran moderately well (on low with ultra terrain and textures NO prob on busy maps) Full ultra for smaller maps.This motherboard + 2500k and 8 gigs of 1333Mhz ram was like 3 times the power 300% better.Crysis and Starcraft 2, scream with ultra detail. even on busy maps.( have not overclocked yet)got the ram + MB + CPU for 570$(taxes in) Ncix gave me 8 gigs of ram for 64.99 !! as a package deal.
