I have been obtaining "Lian Li" solutions for years and I have to say this case is merely the very best good quality case I have observed in a extended time. The side panels are a small diverse buy you get utilized them. The cable management is best notch and you have plenty of a lot of room to perform.Cooling Example: 2600k at 4500 OC, idle temp was topping out at 51C with the side panels off. Exceptional general and behind mobo cable management.Fantastic extended fron panel wires.Very good construction.A lot of interior space.Sensible design and fan location.Fundamentally has quite a few of the excellent factors of Computer-X2000F but in a smaller size. Whilst there are LOTs of pros. There is a (IMO) serious QC flaw. The side panels are held in making use of "peg" like factors. Whilst is not poor, its not a great issue either. Seems like Lian Li cheaped out on reinforcing the side panels. If you see the panels on a Pc-X1000, Pc-X900 and Computer-X2000F or on any other larger ATX towers, they are reinforced with each vertical and horizontal bars to avoid bending and bulging. Compare the panels, you will see what I mean. The Computer-X500FX does not use bars, only pegs that latches on to the case frame. On the other hand, the front of the side panel on the window side lacks a peg, and simply because there is much less aluminum on this side, the panel has a tendency to bend and bulge outward with the window. At initially I believed it was a defect and had Newegg replace it, but now I recognize its a manufacturing flaw. I warn all possible buyers proper now, I'm guessing most 500FXs are like this, and is NOT an anomaly. Lian Li requirements to correct this and cease cutting corners!!!!! With the the pros and cons, again if it were not for the panel style, this tower is superb and pricey. I would have offered this four eggs but Lian Li buyer support DOES NOT EXIST. THERE IS ZERO WAY OF CONTACTING LIAN LI DIRECTLY. And its ashame since I bought Lian situations in the previous and I'm a bug fan of theirs. But my fanboi-sim is waivering... Silverstone is started to appear appealing now.
