I use this drive almost every day, I replaced my old one with this since I thought it would be faster. It is not! It takes longer to do the same work and it's not that I don't like it, it's just not as fast as my old flash drive. It is well protected with it's rubber casing good if you drop it. Also the price with the rebate was good. So the box looks like your getting something super fast your not. I also just read an article which against 9 other flash drive it came in at 7th to the bottom. I user other Patriot products and all are solid just this is not as speedy as you think it will be from the advertisement on the box. Beware if it too costly compared to others. |

I have owned this drive for quite a while. At first I was unsure of my purchase, but now I have no regrets. It got fried when I plugged it into a friends computer (improperly connected front ports?) but Patriot replaced the drive very quickly. At school my peers and I do a lot of file transfer and we share our drives like candy. It's great to be able to toss this across the lab without worrying about breaking it, I often bounce it off the wall when I'm bored! This thing is tough, I highly recommend it however 4gb sure isn't looking as big as it used to. |

I'm using two of these for random cache on my computer and it speeds my computer up quite a bit. I originally intended to try and install a version of XP on these and boot from them, but, they are 4,000,000,000 bytes not 4,294,967,296 bytes so they show up around 3.8 gigs on your computer, which was unfortuantly a little too small. |

This is a great flash drive. I have dropped it several times and it just bounces and is ready to go again. Between my wife and me, we have 4 of these--2-4GB and 2-8GB drives and they all work great. My wife stores all her photos on one and carries it in her purse so anyone asks to see pictures of the grandkids, she is ready! I use 4 different unlinked computers so it is great to transport my working files from computer to computer. An absolutely wonderful product and unbelievably useful. Highly recommended! |

Great little flash drive. Just plug and play. I bought it to transport videos to my media center, which is not wireless. It holds 5 movies plus a bit more space. Sorry I didn't buy more at that price. This is a very fast drive. I was amazed. It shipped via UPS in two days.How great is that? |

This flash drive is pretty fast. It moves about 10MB of data per second to the drive. Deleting 4 Gigs of data I put on the drive took 5 seconds. The casing is hard rubber and would probably bounce if you dropped it on the ground. The cap is held in place by friction--so it might be easy to lose if you brush up against other objects frequently. Easily recognized by the operating system and was using it in a minute. Very good price to gigabyte ratio. |

The page for this flash drive said ''150x performance,'' but when I received it, the package claimed ''180x performance.'' Whatever, this flash drive is fast, rugged, and totally awesome! I optimized it for performance (the default is ''optimized for quick removal''), reformatted it for NTFS, loaded all my personal and sensitive data onto it within just a few minutes, and am now thinking about what to do with the remaining 3 GB of storage space. Optimized for performance, this is clearly the fastest and best flash drive I've ever used, and I see no reason to ever buy any other brand or model flash drive. Anyone who wants the highest quality for a ridiculously low price should buy as many of these as he can use! |

Amazing drives for the price. Fast and very durable. However, the cap is easily lost. Would have preferred the design of some Lexar flash drives... lanyard is attached to the cap, which snaps onto the removable drive itself. |

Although it looks great, its a monster! The transfer speeds are good I cant complain, although my flashdrive came packed with music for some reason. Fresh out of the packaging It had 1.45 GIGS of music already on there. I dont know why or how it got there!??! Did anyone else find music on there flashdrive? |

This is a very nice drive. I have both this and the OCZ Rally2 4gb and this one was slightly faster when I was copying files onto them.The rubber coating means I don't have to be all that gentle with it. I usually toss it onto my desk while other USBs I have to place them down. The downside to the rubber is that it makes this thing quite a bit bitter than most other usb drives. |

The price on sale is good. The read speed reaches 150X. The write speeding is just slightly above 10MB/s. The 150X is for read performance only. Better turn to the other product labeling "200X write speed". |
