Cons:
Cheaply builtSlider will break easilyno strapKinda big
Pros: Cheapest 16GB brand name USB drive around (with rebate)Reasonable speeds (given the cheap price)Passes xbox360s speed test. Comment:
Bought this on sale with rebate, making it very cheap, possibly the cheapest 16GB USB drive at the time(~$15after rebate). The speeds on this thing are OK, not really fast and not very slow,~20MB/s read. This drive will work on an Xbox360 and passes the xbox compatibility/speed test. Only problem is that the drive is so big that it wont plug in the back of an xbox360slim, as the flash drives case gets in the way. It will however just fit in the front USB drive. The slider tab just clears the edge of the xbox360s USB door. The slider on this thing is really cheap, in fact the whole case is cheap and will easily break. Also there is no strap provided with the drive, and The drive i received was black with silver, not white like the pic shown on ncix. Overall i cant complain given how cheap this was for 16GB. |

Cons:
plastic green slider breaks
Pros: cheap, light and smallish Comment:
can't speak for speed, like all usb drives is a fat32 formatted drive so limited to files smaller than ~4gb. Plastic slider thing is flimsy and is now broken. |

Cons:
Slider technology has been reported elsewhere to be pain after a lot of use - I just got it today and will comment on speed.
Pros: Great price - especially for Premiere PartnersSpeed seems good (but there also doesn't seem to be a standard to measure usb flash drives by!) Comment:
I tansferred a 6GB file in about 5 minutes and that seems good enough. I formatted the drive to NTFS (it comes as FAT32): you will want to do this if you are working with files in excess of 4GB, which is precisely why I bought this drive. For the price - considerable less than the Xporter, also from Patriot - I would buy this drive again. I have read elsewhere that this drive is WAY faster than the 8GB version, so if you're looking at the 8GB you might want to step up to this one. |
I simply wanted a larger usb stick, found this one for 16$ after MIR and am happy. Speed seems quite good, around 20m/s. I have always liked kingston, and my liking continues. Would definately recomend to a friend at that price!
