Bought this beauty to compliment the i7-4770 (non-K). Only reason you will want to buy this is for the Q87 chipset which supports VT-d. You can probably overclock it but go with the Z87 instead if that's your cup of tea. If you're looking for an overall system with good virtualization support with a 4th-gen i7/i5 CPU, you've found it.
