1. four pin2. Noise control hardware3. High CFM 1. Completely useless to cool cpu when employing tower style heatsinks that use fan clips only. 2. Honeycomb sides may possibly finder fan performance If you can screw the fan into the heatsink directly then OK but with TR Venomous (for example) you will need fan clips so this wont do the job. Make confident you get fans with the standard thin wall plastic casing for the clips to grab on to.

This fans are undertaking a wonderful job colling my H50 on a push pull setup. I went from stock fan along with yet another fan maintaining my H50 at 33c to getting at 27c now. Very loud when at full power. Other than that absolutely nothing else wrong with these fans. I have two setup on push pull connected to a controller. When just sitting on the computer i turn them down a bit and do the job very fantastic. When playing games i turn this things up complete power due to the fact the sound from my speakers drowns it out and i can't even notice till i am done playing.

Excellent functionality and noiseexceptional mounting possibilitieswonderful appears. This fan is not loud at all,and lowered my temps considerably when replacing the stock fan on my SilenX cooler. This fan has fantastic air pressure, which is far more significant the airflow in cpu cooler fans.Great for radiators also. higher value-but you get what you spend for for the other reviewer who stated this can't be employed on a tower heatsink, that is completly false.Just use the inc. extended rubber fan mounts and slide them in between the fins.Extremely uncomplicated and stable.

this fan is a hoss on a megahalems or similar cooler in a push/pull configuration. it achieves the pressure that is fairly much just for 35mm deep fans getting at only 25mm deep. the one particular pulling tends to make a winding noise when fully powered not worth a neg egg just a heads up. its intriguing that cooler master truly got pretty close to the specs on this fan vs their R4 fans and other individuals that are quite aweful gauge. it does the rated pressure it says but is about 2 dba louder then stated on specs.

Required something to genuinely get rid of the heat from the GTX470 when overclocked on the inexpensive without going watercooling and devoid of going deaf from the stock fan and this is it proper right here. No LEDs? I have this strapped to the GTX470 heatsink with twist ties and overclocked to about 825뭎 at 1.5v it doesnt go more than 88*C when benching. When gaming it floats about 66-80*C depending on the game. Normally to run at this speed you would have to crank the GPU fan to fairly high and it just makes an unbearable whining sound. With this I only need to put the GPU fan to about 60% to aid blow away the excess heat. The heat gets pushed full force out of my side panel with the assist of an additional exhaust fan. I have the Excalibur RPM controlled by my motherboard so its quiet when not gaming also.

Wonderful airflow in a push/pull config on my Corsair H70. Can get really loud at greater RPMs. Make positive you handle the fan speeds in your BIOS or with software program. When I very first started my rig up with these installed, it sounded like an airplane taking off.

-1900 RPM-Nice Style -Comes with rubber mounts-high finish sleeving on power cable -cools really properly -Very loud at max speed-whirring sounds at low speeds I am employing this fan as an exhaust through the corsair H50s radiator, and although it cools really nicely, it sounds like a vacuum cleaner at max speed. You will undoubtedly need to have a controller for this fan. Dropped temps on my i7 920 @ four.0GHz about 5 degrees at idle and 10 degrees at load. It would be a great five if it had been quieter.

I was searching for a replacement fan for the CoolerMaster V8 stock fan and this 1 with it's four-pin connector fit the bill quite well , soon after a tiny mod of course..My temps had been decent before nonetheless they're ever superior now !. I bought these fans to push air through a radiator. So far, they have completed a great job of keeping my program cool and the variable speed is wonderful for helping to decrease the noise when the system is not under heavy load. Based on the decibel range, I had hoped that when my method was idling, these fans would be inaudible (or close to it). However, they are the loudest in my method even when running under 1000 RPMs. I'm not necessarily faulting the fans as I may possibly have had an unrealistic expectation, so I'm just delivering this info for any person else who may possibly have related hopes.

A lot more quiet than the 3 pin fans I had on my CPU Radiator. PWM is the way to go on a push - pull configuration with these fans than fight with a manage box and generally messing with it. These genuinely dropped my core temps and keep them down there even under a heavy load. none I could get a few more for my case or just to rat hole a few away for a rainy day.

I think its inexpensive given that a superior fan will expense u 24.99. The magnets are a sweet touch considering that u dont have to fuss on positioning just sticks appropriate to the case. PUSHES ALOT OF AIR. Medium noise level. the cons are strictly me getting picky. no lights, the magnets are on the side to push air out of case. screws r silver not black. and a fan speed controller would of been a good topper. Wonderful buy, will get again if im on a spending budget.

High CFM and air pressure, high quality braided power adapter. False advertising, I highly doubt I got a faulty fan, as the RPM reading of it is spot on, but this this is well more than 40db, whilst it advertises as "silent" correct on the box and 30db max RPM on both Newegg and Coolermaster's own website. The develop excellent of the fan blades themselves is solid, but the frame/chassis is flimsy low cost plastic, undoubtedly not worth ย. Manufacturer Response:Dear Valued Consumer,We apologize for any inconvenience. The fans at full speed do have a reading of 30db. The cause for the enhance in noise, is since of the boost of airflow and air pressure the fan delivers. Very good searching fan, good sleeving, PWM, no fancy lights. Fan runs with in spec tolerance but on the low side, does not seem to be pushing the advertised air volume, but no way to tell. This fan is not 25mm thick it is the precise exact same thickness as all my other 20mm fans.

Extremely effective and straightforward to clean. Utilizing two in a push pull config with a Corsair H60 and my temps have dropped 7C more than the stock Corsair fan in a pull config. Price is a small high, no airflow indicator. Had to plug it in to check (side with the white/black sticker is the push side, excalibur sticker is the side it will draw air from) Surprisingly quiet. Nowhere close to as loud as what I've noticed/heard on youtube and forums.

- Quiet at low to mid rpm's.- Pushes by way of a rad incredibly well (excellent air pressure.) - Poorly created. a) The honeycomb lattice surrounding the fan enables a ton of air to spill from the fan blades in directions that do not aid in cooling whatsoever. b) The 5 piece construction feels incredibly flimsy. It does come apart, but is , imo, a mere gimmick. This fan has good prospective. With slight modding (to cover the honeycomb lattice) I got the air moving in the proper direction. One of these fans in a push setup is on par with the efficiency I saw from two S-Flex G's in a push / pull configuration - and at a lower rpm 點 rpm single Excalibur vs. 1100 rpm S-Flex G x 2.)

This factor pushes A LOT of air, and you can really feel it if you put your hand towards the back of the case. It undoubtedly does a good job of pulling the air of the of the case and keeping my components cool. It is loud, but thats to be expected when its pushing out the most air it can. I got this along with a inexpensive ů Masscool fan to replace the two 120mm Raidmax case fans that has the molex connectors on them break apart on my case. This Coolermaster to replace the Back Case fan, and the Masscool to replace the front. As for the fan speed, I'm not going to take an egg away as I purchased into this realizing that it would be loud, and it could be remedied by receiving a Fan Speed controller, or really putting this fan into the four-pin Fan controller as the 4th pin consists of stuff for controlling the speeds as far as I checked. Could be wrong about that. Overall, fantastic Case fan, pushes a lot of air, and I would suggest it.

Moves a lot of air. Terrific construct good quality. This fan can get very loud. I purchased this fan to replace the crummy Corsair fan that came with my H50. It lowers my CPU temps by two-5C at 800-1000RPMs over the stock fan running at full blast. This fan begins to get loud over 1000RPM and the noise gets intolerable at at anything more than 1200RPM so be sure to use it on silent mode.

Fantastic high quality style.Move a lot of air.Superior performance vs noise ratio.4 pin fan PWM compatible.Nice cable sleeving.Rubber grummets replacing screws. None I can see. This fan is merely awesome, great performance, and even if this is not a silent fan, at low RPM, she is truly quiet, and at full RPM, the noise level is still acceptable, especialy when you look at she is pushing 85 CFM. I've got 3 of them cooling a triple radiator linked to a fan controller and I could not be happier. These can also be a good cpu heatsink cooling solution. Good job Cooler Master.

Helps preserve my case cooler than I expected. The very best thing about this guy- whisper quiet! For ม.99 I could have got 2 fans that are rated greater. This is clearly my fault, shoulda carried out my homework. Moves an ok amount of air, gotta crank the fan controller up to just about max.

+ Exceptional construct quality+ METAL sided casing exactly where the hexagonal holes are located+ four-pin motherboard power connection with adapter for 3 pin or molex power connection+ nice sleeving on wires+ moves a lot of air+ comes with rubber rings to support dampen vibration when employing screws to mount+ comes with one of a kind lengthy rubber "plugs" which replace the mounting screws. These plugs totally isolate the fan to dampen vibration to zero. - LOUD! Not shrill or piercing by any means but it is louder than I'd prefer. Completely drowns out the four other Cooler Master 120mm R4 fans *and* the V8 heatsink fan (turned up to full speed) in my case.- No rotation and air flow direction arrows on side of the fan housing. Note: the air flows toward the side with the 8 radial motor support arms If you use this fan I strongly suggest that you either: 1) don't care about the noise level your laptop or computer is going to generate. two) use it in conjunction with a fan speed control device. three) plug it into the motherboard working with the 4-pin connector to allow the method to automatically control the fan speed. Parting thought: This fan would make an ideal CPU heatsink replacement fan.
