Cons: Cheap LED, for its price (Fan slots not all loaded)GPU Bracket only supports Ref. design, Cant Front mount an H100 due to HDD tray being in the way

Pros: SIZE,Loads of HDD Trays, decent Cable management
Fits everything i need, some things feel cheap others feel ok, good cable management space,Fans do not come loaded (you get a front 200mm,1 200mm top, and rear 140mm fan) Would it of killed Cooler Master to put one more 200mm fan in .. LED on the front 100mm burned out a week after owning the system. Would of also liked to be able to mount my H100 in the front but HDD Cage gets in the way shame..Not to mention there Fans are Really Cheap and Hardly move Air. Overall Solid Case for my build.. Would buy it again but.. would most likely go to there Higher end cosmo if i had the Cash so it gets a 3 star More cons then pro's like the case. but at near 200 mark expected a bit more

Much more than sufficient room for any mobo/video card arrangement you could think about.Complete paint job, all surfaces are black, not just the simply noticed ones.Rubber grommets offer exceptional cable management and access for water cooling. Adjustable shield to hide your ugly PSU and wires. Access from each side panels. Mobo tray. Tons of mounting holes for numerous configurations. Plenty of additional hardware.Integrated fans are whisper quiet.Tons of drive bays. I Appreciate the two hot-swapable bays that come with their own manage card. Weighs someplace about a million pounds. If I have been not a sixƊ" monster myself, I may be unhappy about this. There are wheels you can mount if you little folks are getting a really hard time moving it. I will probably be working with this case until it is destroyed in some unfortunate meteor strike.

My wife thinks it's ugly! This is in fact very good due to the fact she won't want to use it!!!:)Ginormous! Great cable routing. USB 3. extensions need to have to be changed to essentially match a motherboard internal port, not the external usb 3. ports. Got 2 in a row that had been opened previously and had motherboard standoffs installed currently in a handful of spots. TO me, this is an "open box" not "new". I

This case is super big with area for any kind of hardware you could desire; has a lot of expandability; and due to the very first two is a good obtain since the case will final you for years to come.Incredibly sturdy building, and quite easy however eloquent features that just preserve you thinking "What an awesome case."HAF model - High air flow model, when they say it they mean it. My temp instances never exceed 30-35C, while you wouldn't assume it was HAF because the case is so extremely quiet. Due to the mesh on prime of the fans, I have a feeling dusting and cleaning this behemoth is gonna be a straight pain, but if you hold it clean it shouldn't genuinely trigger too numerous issues. -Surely not worth an egg. The case is really big, which may well be a con for some, but not for me. I don't commonly transport my pc but when every couple months.Did I mention the case was Actually large? At this current point in time I am very satisfied with my buy, and if everyone is on the edge about this case due to price tag, size, what ever, if you genuinely don't mind the size, the price tag is worth it. The expandability of this case is phenomenal, and will final you years and years to come which is why I bought it.

Monster case with plenty of room for future upgrades devoid of any issues. Wish it came with a blue LED also but you can always mod it oneself.

Review Date: 08/27/13
Fantastic case for the price, I don't even care it was 赝, this issues does it all and far more you will have plenty of space in it for all the massive CPU coolers you want (CM V10 Hybrid) ;) and an XL-ATX board will match nicely, also it has the ideal design I have observed in a case to date also it is one particular of the Largest on the marketplace.....initial and foremost it houses a 230mm fan in the front NOT!!! a 200mm there is a good distinction, and if you wanna replace it like me, I just identified a 230mm blue LED fan to go in it and By no means looked back....this was so worth the buy... and the price truly isnt half undesirable; you will never regret owning this none so far, nothing at all broken or packaged wrong... greatness WHY HAVENT YOU Bought IT However!!!

Room to fit every thing(Saphire hd6950 with room to spare)Excellent cable management programlots of airflow Had to alter some cable routing for the front panel to get the second fan installedLarge case, modified my desk so this monster would fit with some airflow.I had to make a connector for a power plug on the motherboard. If the PSU was top rated mounted then it would have match superior. All the extra fans and gadgets that come with the case are nice, further mobo mounts, screws, further thumb screws.Really satisfied with the case.

Review Date: 08/13/13
Lots of room. Appears good and needs no tools. It's not the greatest case and a small high priced compared to other circumstances. Some of the optional hardware is useless. If you have the exact same elements that Cooler Master makes use of. Otherwise, the further hardware is just useless paperweights. This case is nice. It presents the most space and possibilities for the price tag. You won't be disappointed.

- Built like a tank- Extremely simple to route cables behind MoBo tray- CPU energy cable extension integrated- Stylish- Moves a ton of air- Hot-swap trays (yes, they're correct hot-swap, just make sure you allow it in you BIOS)- 100% Tool-significantly less or Thumb-screw assembly- Graphics card retainer- Side fan duct- Devoted GPU air duct- USB 3.-to-2. adapter cable, for internal header, integrated for these of us with out three. add-on cards or on-board (and I would picture it would let the addition of a 3. cable capable of plugging into an internal MoBo header) - Cannot use Side fan air duct and GPU retaining bracket at the very same time- Front USB ports upside-down Ɠ. and 2.)- Almost as well massive. My 24-pin almost doesn't attain my motherboard (EVGA 790i ULTRA - yeah, I know. Need to have to upgrade already) All in all, a great case that ought to last several overhauls; worth every penny. The couple of cons there are, are so minor that they can be effortlessly more than looked (The upside-down USB ports is just a nuisance, you go to put in a flash drive and realize why it's not fitting - once more - right after the second attempt to line it up).My only genuine gripe is you have to choose amongst the side pannel fan duct and the GPU retaining bracket. I would rather use the air duct, but because I'm moving my computer system back and forth amongst my residence and dorm four times a year, I really feel like it would be a terrible notion to not use the bracket. One particular factor to note: You will will need a power supply with extended cables in order to attain each exactly where in your case. I would suggest a modular supply, that way you can purchase cables that are close to to the necessary length - or custom make them to the best length (what I intend to do this summer time)

One particular of the largest situations on the marketplace.Gives excellent cooling.A lot of space for expansion.Fits and supports full-size video cards and some of the biggest HSF's on the industry.two Hot swap bays for slaving in each normal harddrives and SSD's.Comes with 1 mounting for SSD in internal drive drawers.Strong Steel and hardened plastic building; need to be able to last for numerous years.Tends to make cable management straightforward. Price tag. I recognize that you tend to get what you pay for, but the price tag is going to be a main drawback for most people.See Pros: Comes with one particular SSD converter... but only a single. Most people I know that use SSD's use small ones and use them in RAID necessatating the need for more than a single conversion piece. I moved to this case from the HAF 932 (also a very great case, btw) and couldn't be far more pleased. While there are a few modest hiccups in the design that I'd like to see fixed (the 932 had the screw-less mounts for the Video cards, this 1 doesn't) but for the most component, this case is most assuredly the greatest pc case I've ever mounted gear in... and I've built hundreds of computer systems. In the finish you have to choose what equipment will suit your desires greatest, but I promise, this case is worth it.

Lots of area.An clear higher level of care went into the arranging and construction of this case. It doesn't give me supper strength? Initially computer I have constructed so my review is an individual restricted in general scope, and soon after using this case as my initially I don't foresee my scope ever acquiring any broader. I Enjoy this case!

-i fell in adore with my HAF X-excellent case lots of airflow fantastic fans-the fans are not loud at all i hardly notice them when idling-lots of area- i really like the trays and bays -none appear at the specs you truly cant knock the Haf X for its design and style you must be researching that prior to you obtain like i did you will be satisfied with your case alot of the individuals here it actually sounds like you did no study and just clicked obtain now. researching your case is one of the most significant issues.

The cable management is excellent, I have anything hidden. There is absolutely enouh space for anything you have. The graphics card cooler is good with an installed fan; helped drop my cards an extra ten degrees Celsius. Solid, for sure. The HDD rack is easy to use and manageable. Identical for the DVD drive rack. None. Installed an extra 200mm fan up top, and a 120mm in the graphics card cooler tunnel. Also have mine lit up with a red cold cathode kit, it appears fantastic.

Cons: See summary below. Not really cons, just things you may want to know when building your system.

Pros: Good price on sale.Looks great. The big fans are very quiet and do a great job keeping the inside of the case cool.
The front panel USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports seem to be upside down to me. It does not make much difference for cable connections but for flash drives with LEDs, it would be nice if they faced up. Maybe they can easily be turned around and the next time I take off the top of the case I will check that.Check to see that the red power and hard drive leds are plugged into the holes. You can mount a radiator in the top of the case but beware that when you snap the top cover into place that you may have a very difficult time getting the top cover off again. The radiator may block your access to the plastic tabs locking the top cover in place. The next time I take off the top case I will cut off those tabs. 4 tabs out of 6 should still be enough to hold down the top cover. The side case fan should really come with some sort of magnetic easy connect. It is very awkward trying to hold the heavy side panel and connecting the fan cable to the motherboard fan header. I solved this problem with a 3-pin fan extension cable. The 2 hot swap drive bays leave large empty holes in your front panel when they are removed. My last hot swap drive bay had a hinged door that flipped up when you inserted the drive. Here you need to keep your hot swap drives in the bay or if you have two optical drives installed, you can use those front bay drive panels for the empty hot swap bays. You can only use the side panel air duct or the VGA bracket but not both. There is also an air duct you can attach to the hard drive bay to direct the air to your graphics cards. I found that impossible to install due to power cables especially the ones connected to the graphic card. It is a heavy steel case and when filled it gets even heavier. Plan for that.

Cons: See below - perhaps not a con for most.

Pros: My model has been sitting in a box for the last two years, since I bought it on a special sale plus free shipping (Same price as now). I fired it up a few days ago and all is fine, and I'm not disappointed about putting mostly new hardware into an old box.. I probably won't be shown as verified buyer..I like the improvements over my HAF 932.What everyone else said - good build quality, etc...
Back in the day lots of us had heaps of cheap fun going at cases with Dremel tools, angle grinders, etc. Well at least it gave me an appreciation of what this and my other CM case (932) offers and the impeller fans and huge Panaflos from SGI machines make nice curios. These cases are far beyond what I figured out.Gosh I would have loved a 7x5.25 case! One bay for the BR/DVD drive and six left to put a couple of CM's cheap Cooler Master "STB-3T4-E3 3X5.25IN to 4X3.5IN Drive Bay Convertor Silver Black w/ 120mm Fan" As it is with less bays and with hot-swap bays being the lower two, one could use a main drive plus 8 data drives, and just use the hot swap bays for parity drives (Snapraid / Flexraid etc. Experience has shown me that hot swap bays get hotter than I like with anything except WD reds.

Major this issue is massive. lots of room discovered no sharp edges.cable routing is quite good. all my cables are hidden nice view thru window.fans are quiet added a 120 and 80 as well the vid card shroud and bracket. i needed a case that i could do a push/pull system on my h50. with my 890fx 4 mb in a gamma case i could not clear the northbridge heatsink. with the 140mm fan on the back of this case i got plenty of space more than the nb heatsink. temps at idle dropped also 30c cpu 31 for mb from 35c and 34c.plus my mb has the three.0usb onboard plug programjust took it off the three.five bracket and plugged the cables into it now have three. incase with out undertaking the plugs out the back.the psu shroud on the bottom is sweet. it hides many sins like my 3. usb plug.more than all incredibly happy but see cons beneath mb standoffs had been junk and didnt get enough screws for them 7 total that would fit. i had tons from other builds and black screws so no major deal. my systemaamd 3.2x4asrock 890fx 4gskills ripjaw 1333 computer 6850 x2xigmatek 700w psuhaf x

Huge adequate to fit practically any motherboard and add-on cards (such as higher end video cards)Outstanding cooling selectionsStylishExtremely easy access to drives The "optional" 200mm fan on top rated of the case must be included. The case is pricey enough not to skimp out that fan. The USB 3. Front Panel cables are sorta silly but you can easily route them to the back of the case by way of the water-cooling reduce-outs. Also, even though it lacks the extra 200mm fan, it's nonetheless not adequate to deduct an egg. This case is a monster and perfect for any gamer/enthusiast.

Cons: No card readerIt could be another fan at the topJust one ledNot very helpful (but widely multilingual) user manual

Pros: Outstanding air flow and available spaceExcellent build qualityA lot of features and customizable internal accessories such a graphic card holder,a psu cover and an air duct
Not perfect (nothing is) but pretty dammed good. I disliked while installing that some different purposes screws are too similar. I liked a lot the card holder accessory because I installed an additional blue led 80mm fan that really improved the finished and throw air directly to my graphic card. That forced to me to remove the (fortunately removable) side air duct. I'm a very really beginner and I could make the install without too much trouble. I didn't like the hard disk mounting system, it feels weak and cheap. This system is not entirely screwless/not tools needed as other I've seen in video reviews. My motherboard has not usb 3.0 connectors but two onboard rear ones then the external rear to front usb adapter was really useful to me. Resuming this is a not perfect but still excellent chassis I would highly recommend to my best friend.

Lots of fans and good airflowConsists of lots of nifty accessioriesIncredibly fantastic value tag for anything includedDefinitly 1 of the sickest cases ive noticed in a lengthy timeSo large that we had troubles fitting it via the front door. Side panel fan is a bit loud. other than that this case is a legend I propose this case to anyone seeking for a higher end case. Fits my 6950 with about 2-3 inches to spare

Massive- Really effortless to install all your hardwareCable Management - Every single five minutes when moving my hardware into this i would think "oh wait, i can do this and it would be THAT significantly better!"All Black- Everything is black, black blackCompatibility- Every little thing and anything can go in this thingWheels - Nuff mentioned!Quiet - I had five Coolmaster R4 in my old case and those things exactly where a hundred occasions louder then these fans, but they push just as considerably air. Heavy - Its constructed Extremely effectively, so nicely this thing weighs a ton!Lights - Only LEDs are in the front fan This point is just a beast. Enjoy this case, don't believe ill ever change it.
