Adore the blue LED light. I Ended up ordering two of these. Putting each of them collectively they move alot of air keeping my system good and cool. The fans at low speed are almost silent. Putting these suckers on full speed they seriously start off to sing. Dont get this fan unless you are expecting to have some fan noice. They do what they are suppose to do and it adds some nice blue light to your case.

Adjustable speed, very good airflow. Quite noisy at > 75% speed. I generally retain them at 50-60% and the noise level is acceptable. I ordered two of these fans. One of them had a negative speed dial, upon installation it immediately smoked.Thumbs up to Rosewill's client assistance though. I emailed them and they responded inside a couple of hours, stating they would ship me out a replacement.

Have had various Rosewill items, all have worked out fine. Cheap, looks very good and operates. Louder than the stock 120mm fan that came with the Cooler Master case I picked up. Place the stock fan back in and it is a lot quieter. Probably its a fluke with this one fan. Every person else appears to have quieter ones.

They are quite low cost compared to some other name brand fans. Can't run them complete power off the mobo fan connectors. Have to connect the 12v lines to get max energy and controller to perform. Maxed out, the fans wont go over 2000rpm, but are rated at 2200. The blue Leds perform.

It was the appropriate size. Its blue which I like. Ungodly loud...No mounting screws for fan in the pack.... The Mfg. needs to send those ear plugs that you would discover at and industrial supply residence.

Really Quiet, Exceptional air flow, Looked at almost certainly 20 other fans before i decided on this a single, blue lighting is just appropriate, Illuminates the back and interior nicely without getting also bright, The led's are practically a carribean ocean water colour, I didnt care for the fan speed adjuster, but then my board controls all method fans anyway i bought it for the quality and ball bearing life, had no intention of working with it anyway, my sole interest was the fan itself and airflow and cfm vs decibals, you don't even hear it, but it pulls an outstanding quantity of air at only 14oo rpm which is what the board has it operating at. (antec is still one particular of the coolest and very best instances for overall air cooling verified in an artical in a 10 case showdown where it beat even lian lee in a thermal read ten case showdown the 900 came out quantity 1 and is a strong steel case), so definately a 5 egger. none they ought to provide the fan minus the speed adjuster, most of your boards today supply fan handle by way of bios for cpu and at least two or more case fans with warning handle as nicely. apart from who wants to have to get to the back of a tower to adjust a fan speed little back mount adjusters are a waste of time these days. and a little pricey with the useless controller, but no complaints due to the quality of the fan itself, "especially the whisper quiet although operating.

Its quiet. For those men and women who say it isnt, their case could be contributing to the noise. Its incredibly blue! Decently vibrant for decent speeds.Comes with a single fan controller also. For the price tag i dont see any. I got this fan not only since it was blue and 2 ball bearing, but espeially for the fan controller. Even though, I utilized the controller for a diverse fan, because my panel on my case makes a humming sound with regular fan speeds.

Has ball bearings, comes with speed controller. Fantastic airflow and not whiny (I maintain it about 60% power). Fan cable is about 7-eight" lengthy (pro for me). The blue is a light blue like a sky blue (one egg dropped for this). Managing the cables from the controller can be a discomfort; they could be sleeved even with shrink tubing. Using it on my case window, this fan replaced an IPCQ***n blue LED fan (the bearing starting seizing at only a couple of months and kept seizing immediately after several instances of oiling and greasing). The old a single had a good deep blue to it exactly where this one is just also light for my liking (not going for a sky-blue in my case), even at complete power. They're not extraordinarily vibrant, just lighter in colour. I'm keeping it because I will just replace the LEDs with the ones from the old fan at some point and rather have the airflow than not. Plus the bearings really should last for a very good even though (at least they greater). It seems really hard these days to come across a good dark blue on a ball bearing fan.

I imply it's a fan appropriate? What can you say, other than this little dude has been spinning non-cease for 18 months now and is a quiet as the day I installed it. Solid solution. I'd rather it was red.... Is that truly a con?

Added two of these to my Rosewill Challenger case, they perform excellent, fan controller performs good (remember you dont have to plug it into the motherboard, although on cable is labeled 'connect to motherboard. I personally didn't have another connection on mine, but even if you do it doesn't matter.) I would like to begin by saying that on LOW these fans move lots of air. My graphics card is at 24 degrees at all times, except when gaming, when it by no means goes more than 42, and a large part of it is a single of these fans. On the other hand, if for some cause you want these for heavy duty cooling (ex. you have no fan on your gpu, no heatsink, something stupid that you must repair), anything above medium on these points sounds like the siren on the Silent Hill movie. Specifically like it. It'll give you nightmares if you leave them on higher although you sleep, seriously.Nevertheless, I'll never need it on something except LOW, and I run a high end setup, I doubt this will be a problem for anybody unless you like ice on your motherboard or you have smoke coming from your gpu. The Challenger case I purchased this for has a front fan with blue LED, which in fact looks purple, and these LEDs do not precisely match it. But honestly, that's no cause not to get them if you were going with these for THAT CASE. You can't see the front and side fans at the very same time anyway, at all, so it doesn't matter.Overall, they're amazing and the con shouldn't bother any individual regular, trust me.

I was somewhat apprehensive about purchasing this fan as i mainly use a additional popular known brand. This fan has seriously exceded my expectations, it is nicely built, dead silent on all but the highest settings and the sleeving on the cable is a good touch. I used this fan with the included controller and it performs excactly as it must, and was a quite straightforward set up none It moves a decent quantity of air its near silent and comes with a speed controller, what a lot more do you want

When you get sick of blowing on your personal computer to keep it cool, get some of these guys for your case. The ambient light isnt obnoxious (i feel every single basement need to glow BLUE). Personally, these guys push lots of air to hold your elements cool with no producing alot of sound. Ball bearing x two indicates extended life x two = yay! SLEEVE bearing fans (unlike this one) will fail a lot faster than ball bearing fans, Constantly recall that.A Cold Personal computer is a Satisfied Computer system! Heat can kill components virtually as rapid as water so hold them cool & your Computer will reside longer than your vehicle. If you need a 120mm case fan with blue LED that pushes a decent quantity of air and isnt obscenely loud, this is it. Check if your case requires this size or 140mm, or as per the NZXT beta evo you can mount either. No cons if you get a bunch, it makes the shipping worth it (each does not cost complete price tag to ship if additional than 1 is ordered!). Newbies need to have to bear in mind that these fans are not threaded (like most) so attempt to send the screws in as straight as possible when mounting the fans or you may possibly crack the fan housing on this just like any other plastic fan. Attempt dry-fitting the screws 1st if this worries you. I have (sometimes hastily!) mounted a few dozen of these and I haven't cracked 1 however. As with anything it helps to have some knowledge. DON'T pass this up just due to the fact it's a ROSEWILL - Rosewill sells alot of excellent components right now. Please hold in thoughts these DO have fan controllers that mount in the BACK of your laptop case in an empty expansion slot. This is a plus if you dont like to have knobs sticking out all more than for small hands to find out with only mal-intent. If you are loading up a tower with these and need fan controller support in leu of not obtaining expansion slots, think about 1 of the drive-bay fan controllers accessible on this website to manage every thing a bit easier, and cut down on some wires! I've been developing/fixing computer's for almost 15 years now and ought to sat that it doesn't get as well a lot easier than with this item. Ball-bearing fans will supply years of reliable service as extended as they are kept absolutely free of filth. Advisable Solution!

Pulls lots of air and is adjustable. A small loud but my Television and or game are normally louder. Controller is supposed to match in the rear but who desires to go to the rear of a big tower to adjust a fan? I mounted it in the front with some smaller screws over an unused 3.5 inch bay opening.

Incredibly good Fan(fans) for your case. They are quite Quiet even at High speed also based on your Case have a good appear(blue led's),The double bearing helps with the sound along with the fan controller they can(do) push a lot of air of which seriously Assist's in keeping your case, along with other component's at a really cool Temp. Lastly the dollars (under บ.00)is nicely worth significantly additional, for what your receiving. A Great cooling Fan. None Really These Fans are Wonderful for men and women with-out Air- Conditioning(even with it) I myself have A.C. even though I don't use it that substantially, but even with no it on very hot days it is now keeping my computer at around 40c This fan(fans)are well worth the funds. Also quite simple to put in. You will Not be Dissapointed

1) Nice LEDs, they add excellent colour to my system and a neat ambient impact to my room with the lights off.two) The fan controller is good.3) I have two of these installed (one intake and a single exhaust) and they're fairly quiet. 1) Holes for mounting are not pre-threaded and require some muscle to get screws through.2) The two fan controllers for each of the fans I got take up all of my extra expansion slots on my case.3) 1 of the LEDs on one of the fans didn't light up suitable out of the box, but i tapped the fan a little bit and it lit up. Have to have been a weak soldering job. General, I am pleased with these fans. I took off 1 egg because receiving the screws to go into the fan casing necessary a tiny more effort that I believe it should have and since the fans did not come with any sort of documentation. I comprehend that installation is pretty simple, but even a little data sheet would have been good to hold for future reference.

Works as described. Keeps HD super cool!!!Fan toggle switch a plus. The fan is a little loud. You can muffle it by putting a piece of duct tape on the leading. Need to clean out collected dust in the vents each couple of months. No big deal.
