Cons: Power supply holder plate doesn't adjust for a Corsair HX1000, but it can be jimmy rigged. The 5 1/2 bay can be unmounted but its a pretty tight squeeze to get those screws back in on the edge. Magnetic screwdriver is recommended.Otherwise no real flaws.
Pros: Strong, clean design. |

Cons: Unfortunately I tried fitting a Noctua LGA 1366 in that case but it was too tall my a few MM. Also I had trouble with the rails , too long.
Pros: Very nice sturdy case. Lot's of room to work on the inside. Comment:
First time buyer of a rack mountable case. Purchased for work. Was easy to work with, Installed a Core i7 + GTX 275. Overall well designed. Hdd bay easy to work with. |

Cons: - 80mm fans not included for the rear exhaust- No labels on the front LED panel
Pros: - Solid build, very sturdy- Well-planned layout- Good, quiet cooling- Looks good, clean industrial design- Can use all standard ATX parts Comment:
Well built, solid construction, very sturdy. Big, easy to hold handles. Smart design, well thought out. Quiet with a 120mm fan (included) at the front and 2 x 80mm fans (optional) at the rear. Lots of room on the inside, good airflow with the vented rear panels and slot covers, fairly easy to assemble. Some thumbscrews on interior parts would be nice, to ease the assembly and addition/removal of extra drives, etc. Not typical to include these with a rack chassis, but would be a nice addition nonetheless. Labels on the frontside LEDs would be nice as well. This review was modfied by poster @ 06-10-07 05:11 PM |
I wouldn't consider the included 120mm Sunon quiet by any measure. It's there for CFM considerations not DB levels. The motherboard tray can be taken out by removing 3 screws. There are two 80mm fan mounts at the back which are snap-ins. The 120mm fan that's mounted at the front is also a snap-in mount. There is a card support cross-piece which can be left off if need be. It can however co-exist with a 275GT and a 260GT. You have about 3 inches clearance to the rear of the bays and the power cables fit with the top closed.
