Cons: none well that's a lie.. Biggest weakness is hard drives suck :)

Pros: Rebuilds even though 3 drives diedbest product for keeping your data safe :)

Owned this almost 2 years and have yet to loose data since installing 8 drives :)besides seagate sending me failing hard drives its a nice piece of hardware :0
