I like the look and feel of this drive. It feels much more solid than most thumb drives ive handled, and for $5 its a steal... BUT, this thing transfers large files incredibly slow. and after dumping a 3GB chunk of data, the drive was really hot to the touch. Also, after writing data to it, it just kept flashing, as though there was still activity on the drive, and it wouldnt eject...i had to just yank it out.It will do in a pinch to transfer some files, but I dont think I will trust this thing with any valuable data. |

$5, you get what you get.Tested on 2 comps, Reads 16MBs / writes 4.5MBs (don't be in a rush, writes 270MB p/min, about 27min to write 7.1GB).But for $5 gets the job done. |
