Cons: need microsoft software for full functionnality

Pros: sleek, HD, cheap
Comment:
you need to buy the Microsoft software (10$/month) to use all the functionality of this camera. knowing this, its great for business applications though, very secure.

Cons: Bad software, auto-focus is not so great

Pros: Excellent price, excellent video quality, good audio quality, excellent design, wide angle
Comment:
An excellent webcam for $40 with some flaws that aren't prominent enough to bring it down to four stars.

Cons: Does not do 1080p easilySometimes autofocus gets stuckLens cap nearly useless

Pros: Great qualityFairly smallAttaches well to monitorTripod mountDoes 720p without problemComes with a nice carrying caseCan take decent pictures
Comment:
This is a very nice webcam with lots of added features. My 2 biggest problems are the fact that sometimes the autofocus gets stuck and won't focus properly unless I put my hand in front of the cam and remove it. The other problem is that you need a 3rd party software to do 1080p. I find that somewhat deceiving granted the cam is 1080p, come on Microsoft design your software properly so that it works natively.

Cons: -only does 720p videos (and 1080p stills)

Pros: -great image quality-wide angle lens-small in size-quality microphone built in
Comment:
This webcam replaced my old big box store cheapo webcam. I am happy that this cam sits on top of my monitor and is out of reach of my toddler son (for most part :-). I love the wide angle properties of the lens and the sharpness of the images. The built in microphone is of good quality, better than my standalone mic that I had on my desk. I love that I don't have to have them separately.Bought on weekly special for $50. Very happy with this webcam so far. The only downside is it does not do 1080p videos, only still pictures. The max resolution for videos is 720p.

Cons: lens cap does not stay on if moved.

Pros: Design1080PPrice on salePortable case Lens cap
Comment:
I really like the design of the camera. It comes with a soft zip up case for portability and there is a lens cap. The lens cap is soft rubber and falls off when the camera is moved, the only flaw so far. The resolution is great on Windows 8, 1080P. On sale for $50 is great.

Cons: 1080p video recording requires third party software

Pros: Decent quality
Comment:
About 3 days after I purchased this the price dropped another $10.. which kind of sucks. The camera works great but requires third party software to record video in 1080p.I would say that the sound recording quality is about as good as you can get for a webcam and the video quality is very exceptional with great auto white balance and good low lux recording.Docking a star for needing third party software.
