Cons: Cheap, but is it really?Cheap tier 4 PSU barely better than no namesNot modular

Pros: Very silent
Comment:
I bought this thinking that Cooler Master is a reputable brand and that I was in good hands. And at first I was looking at a simple PSU to support a build without any graphics card in it (only using the GPU in my 4770K) as I didn't plan to play games. This PSU was ok and 625W was more than enough (I needed around 400W maybe)... I can report that I had NO problems with it, hence the 3 stars review...Then I decided to go back to gaming, got a couple of GTX 660 in SLI, and decided to look into my PSU to see if it could do it. Theoretically, 625W is enough to power my build with two GTX 660. But the Cooler Master is cheaply build, and becomes a bit unstable when pushed over 500W. Do a bit of research and you'll see that this PSU is in tier 4 and not recommended. It works, if you have very basic needs, and use less than 500W. For the price, you could expect more. And it's sad that this unit is sold by a reputable brand... It's no better than cheap no names PSUs...I ended up buying an EVGA SuperNOVA 750W for 10$ more and it's not even on the same planet. Conclusion: don't buy this, do some research, get yourself a good PSU. For me this review should be a 2 stars. Cons: -Mail in rebate program is terrible

Pros: -Easy to install-Works well
Comment:
Easy to install and works right out of the box.Bought it for $49.99 during the Christmas sale and there was a $15 MIR with it. Unfortunately their mail in rebate program is terrible as they require the documents to be mailed on the day of, unlike other manufacturers that give at least a month before the rebate expires. All in all, product works well.

Cons: None so far

Pros: Small and quietProvides good power for mild gaming rigCables are easily managed even if it isn't modular
Comment:
This is a great PSU for a budget build. Low noise and ample power for an i5 mild gaming rig. It is not modular but the cables are easily enough handled so cable management is good. The PSU itself is a nice small, black unit so it looks good in the case if that matters to you. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a PSU for a similar build.

Pros: Works great.Silent.

Got this because I needed about 280W on one rail to have enough power for my video card that has two 6 pin PCIe power connectors. 280W / 12V = 23.3Amps. This power supply has 24Amps, so I'm good. My old power supply had 18Amps per rail and the video card would often freeze when the video card was very active.Since buying this power supply, hasn't frozen once. One thing that is weird is that the PCIe connectors are supposed to supply 75W each. The video card gets 75W through the on board PCIx16 connector and with two PCIe power connector, that makes 225W. But the video card draws up to 280W. The cables are rated for it. Just strange that they build stuff that draws more than the specs. They should have just used 8pin connectors which I do have.To use this on crossfire, you'd need to ensure that you get cable adapters and ensure it is on another rail. Still wouldn't recommend it for crossfire. Works great for video cards that draw up to 280W. Don't go above that. Otherwise, get a single rail PSU that can handle it.

Cons: hard to find any

Pros: -ample power on the 12V rails-not overly large, fits in most any standard case-cables are the right length: not too long, but also not at all short-no popping or buzzing noises from it
Comment:
Bought this for my eGPU setup. Needed to ensure that the 12V1/v2 rails have at least 14A each to power the GPU. Fits nicely into a gutted and re-puporsed Shuttle case (contains PSU, GPU, PE4L+SWEX, case fan).Having extra amperage ensures that should I want to upgrade to a more powerful GPU, or just go SLI, I have enough wattage to maintain a stable system, for overclocking as well.Only complaint is that because I have repurposed a Shuttle case, the cables are a smidgen too long and are getting bunched up, but that is only because of my frankensteined eGPU configuration. Can't complain at the price I paid. Solid product, no issues with it.

Cons: Cables are not sleeved

Pros: Compact size for 625wNice black colorLong cable lengthsJust enough cables for system buildCool and quietPlenty of power & very stableInexpensive
Comment:
Yes, it's not modular, but there isn't an excessive amount of cables. I have just enough cables for my system, which has 1 SSD, 1 HDD, 1 graphics card, 1 fan controller. So you don't have cables laying around all over the case. Cable lengths are great, not too long, not too short. I was able to swing the 8-pin mobo cable behind the mobo tray and all the way up and around back onto the mobo. PCI-E cables reached my graphics card without any issues as well. Compact size, such that it's not insanely large and hogging-up the bottom of the case. Fits well into my mid-sized NZXT Lexa S. The sleek black matte color really blends in as well. Runs very cool and quiet under load, i.e. 5+ iterations of Intel Burn Test & close to 10 hours of Prime95 & several hours of gaming. Plenty of juice to power-up my 95w FX-6100 and HD 7850. Not a single buzz or crackle, snap, pop. Was awesomely priced after rebate. I just wish the cables were sleeved. But then, for that price, what more can you ask for?
