Fantastic Specs, seems to be nicely made, heavy, quiet Not modularFailed immediately after a couple of hours ƳV and იV readings had been intially alright, but you could watch the values drop more than a handful of minutes, until they dropped beneath specs (over ten%) . Computer system then crashed and I was able to reboot a couple of occasions until there wasn't enough juice left to even post. I asked Newegg for a refund and purchased a Thermaltake pwr. provide locally. I didn't want to have to wait for the Newegg replacement that could have been a couple weeks....no cross-shipping permitted. Manufacturer Response:Dear Valued Customer - We apologize for any inconvenience. Please make sure you not more than stressing the power provide by pushing it beyond its specifications of 750W. If you have any questions concerning the energy provide, we can be contacted through the Live Chat hyperlink below. Respectfully - CMUSA Buyer Assistance.External Hyperlink(s): Reside Chat|

Performs as advertised My initially time purchase with Cooler Master for the great rates and rebate offers it has. Nonetheless, its been 1 month and more than and yet there is NO Rebate Claim in my e-mail from this firm when I had sent in all details requested. I am looking to purchase elsewhere considering that this energy provide runs on single rail and primarily purchased this for the rebate deal.

Quiet, until it began smoking. The cable attached to my floppy disk drive melted the mesh covering and burned itself in half, but not ahead of scorching the floppy's power connector, partially melting a plastic boot of a nearby round IDE cable, and leaving soot and scorch marks on the side of my Cooler Master Centurion five case. I utilised a tester on this unit prior to I even installed it into the case. At no time did I topic any of the cables to friction or any strain other than the standard bending needed to attach the FDD power hookup to the FDD itself. Sadly, five months passed from obtain date to assembly (I only had $$$ to purchase a bit of the technique at a time, and yes, the testing happened on the day of assembly), so I can't return the item to Newegg. I am now forced to wait for an RMA from Cooler Master. (Be advised - if you file for 1 on-line, they want images of the cables that fried themselves!) good power provide quiet low heat. CORDS EVERYWHERE.this factor has a lot of cords and you require to be quite cautious as to how you route them to make sure they won't get caught in a fan. Also bought this when there was supposed to be a mail in rebate for it. didn't come with any such card as to how to retrieve this rebate and the web site isn't really user-friendly I would advise receiving a power supply that has the option to unplug any un-required cords so you don't have a bunch of loose ends flying about inside your case.

I want to give this issue 5 stars, I genuinely do. It has dealt with much more powering on/off than I can count in the month or so I've had this thing running a brand new construct. Ample PCIe connections, lots of SATA and fan power plugs and it's not as noisy as some of the other testimonials have stated (I have the fan firing downward out the bottom of my Cooler Master HAF 912 case and I barely hear the thing. Not modular, so there are most likely going to be further wires hanging or laying. Thankfully for me, with a bottom mount slot on my case, the wires are laying as opposed to hanging. I assume if I had a prime mount case, I would dislike this a lot.The biggie for me is the SATA energy plugs becoming as well awkwardly spaced apart. The wires are extremely firm and challenging to bend and with the SATA plugs getting at a correct angle, the connections are cumbersome. I had to "skip" over a SATA plug to get 2 drives mounted 1 over the other in my case connected. It's not a large deal in my construct but if I needed every single single SATA plug, it'd be really hard in probably any case setup to actually use each and every of them being that they aren't spaced effectively. Nonetheless I'm powering just about every single factor I required to with this PSU. I've got no challenge recommending this unit general. Here's what I'm powering:Intel i5-2500kAsus P8P67 Pro motherboardSapphire Radeon HD 68501 SSD1 HDD1 DVD drive1 card readerthree case fans

-Excellent energy/price-Trusted brand-Little-Many connectors-Black -Not modular-Cables can be messy depending on your case and wire management choices-Loud I consider this is a very great energy supply for the dollars. 750W from a trusted brand for <贄? Wooop!I've been utilizing it for about five months now in my build, which has a i5 750, GTX460, Antec 300 case. It's been consistent and has been in a position to preserve my system running with no problems. My only complaint is the noise. I study numerous evaluations saying it's a incredibly quiet unit, so I don't know if I'm just extra picky, or if possibly mine has a negative fan or one thing. I lately went through and double checked all parts of the program that can make noise. This PSU is certainly the loudest aspect of my laptop. My CPU fan (Scythe one thing one thing), my GPU cooler (MSI Twin Frozr II), and my Antec tri-cool case fans are really quiet. When I'm trying to listen to music with my (open) headphone rig and a quiet passage comes along, it's tough to avoid hearing the loud fan. Seriously thinking of replacing the fan, but then I lose the wonderful warranty. What to do...

Very good unit, handles power adjustments effectively. Quite quiet and efficient.Manufacturer warranty lasts longer than the Computer. Great Nonetheless - initially unit 'Dieing on arrival'. Would plug in and Computer would boot, but just shut off immediately after 15min<ɭhr. Though 1st unit was DOA, incredibly impressed with second unit, which quite substantially outweighs the 'DOA status'.Though there are a lot of connections, very easy to wrap up with a twist tie and tuck out of the way. If your method has numerous peripherals, the connections are quite welcome.

None. Failed right out of the box twice. This was my 1st develop, so imagine my horror when the energy supply shot out yellow sparks the initially time I attempted to turn it on. I triple-checked the installation, but decided not to danger my mobo's well being on trying to turn it on again. The screws that held the PSU in spot had scorch marks. I RMA'd it, and got sent a new a single in a week. I installed it, and once again triple-checked the connectors, and whaddaya know, when I attempt to turn it on, blue sparks this time. I don't own a POST card, so I had to drive all the way out to Staples to get the mobo tested. This PSU wasted a very good deal of my time and cash. Manufacturer Response:Dear Valued Buyer,We apologize for any inconvenience. Please make certain you have plugged in anything effectively into the motherboard. This PSU is smaller than the typical ones, but it gets the job accomplished. Fits really effectively with my CM 690 II case. I appreciate how quiet it is. I was originally hunting for a modular PSU but this one was on sale for a cost that was difficult to ignore! Want it was modular.
