Gorgeous black finish keyboard with well lit blue backlit keys. Headphone/Mic Jack on back also with a USB two. slot which was also nice.Response time is a excellent improvement and noticed in most games how considerably fluent I am capable to switch and may more than switch through weapons lol I personally did not delight in the wrist rest I had removed it as I have massive hands, but not a purpose to take away an egg because that is a optional attachment. My challenge with this keyboard it the random moments when keys either develop into unresponsive or act as if they are stuck. I am certain there is a firmware update for this repair. Just in-case any individual get 1 and wonders wth lol I removed a egg for this because it is the 1st computer keyboard I purchased on the net via newegg that had any troubles with that deal. I paid little below than 80$ at the time I purchased the board. That is about it.

Performs as advertised Keys are very slippery - to the point of causing difficulty in typing (hitting wrong key due to finger ideas slipping across tops of keys). No capability to improve brightness of illuminated keys - eventually they're not vibrant enough.

-It functions occasionally.-Back-lit keys are good At random occasions during usage random keys will quit operating and the keyboard will also open up random programs like windows media player. I've found through analysis this is a manufacturing defect widespread in many other Razer Lycosa Mirror keyboards as effectively. I've had this point for a little more than a year now and it's been trash considering that the initial day I purchased it. Razer refuses to refund it even although it's an clear manufacturing difficulty. Don't waste your income. I know I won't anymore with Razer. I'm accomplished with Razer merchandise. Better off receiving a different brand such as Steelseries.

Very first off I want to start by saying that everybody need to fully grasp that there are gonna be terrible merchandise often. I seriously like the keyboard it's lit-up well and has fantastic response for the gaming I do. My problem with the Lycosa is I have unresponsive keys or keys that get stuck at times when gaming. I play alot of starcraft two and when I'm microing or macroing tough is commonly when it tends to occur. Like I said I truly take pleasure in the keyboard but it just so occurs that I got the negative 1 this time. And that it to be anticipated... I just want it wouldn't have been me lol. I'm still providing the solution five eggs simply because of the excellent and capabilities even though mine was terrible.

Slim, low profile; good, effortless essential press, fantastic looks Positively a single of the worst pieces of junk I've ever bought. Right here's the sum total of my practical experience:Day 1: A dozen or a lot more situations of energy loss; straightforward to inform simply because the backlighting would flicker off and on and the keys wouldn't perform. A lot of much more situations of merely missing keystrokes. Very annoying when typing, supremely annoying when attempting to shoot bad guys.Day two: Even a lot more energy loss episodes, culminating with a total loss of backlightling that evening. Given that the backlight is the only way the keys can be seen, this produced typing somewhat tough. Fortunately I'm not too terrible at it.Day three: Nevertheless no backlight, and nevertheless obtaining frequent power loss. Typing this overview is really the chore, and overlook about playing games with this "gaming keyboard". Properly, believe it or not, the backlight decided to come back on as I was writing this evaluation, so now it's easy to see when I'm about to drop energy once again - which has literally been 9 occasions given that I began typing this.Needless to say, this factor is receiving RMA'd. This is devoid of a doubt one of the worst pieces of trash I've ever plugged into a computer system. These guys have failed so spectacularly that this will be the one particular and only possibility I'm providing this business. It sounds cliched, but I would seriously give this issue stars if I could. I read more than a lot of these undesirable reviews, but I believed I'd give Razer a opportunity anyway, and now look at my lesson learned. It's back to Microsoft or Logitech for me.P.S. - 11 times now.

the illumination is really good at night. sleek and slim. keys dont really feel slippery regardless of the higher glossy finish. the toch pad options DO IN Reality Operate FOR ITUNES! i dont fully grasp what some folks are complaining about. the only purpose it lost an egg is since the set up was a small tough to realize correct away...i little weird to be sincere. but other than that this issue is just glorious one particular point thats seriously nice is that it comes with a sleek figercloth that can wipe away fingerprints in a blink of an eye....so dont let the be concerned of fingerprints quit you from acquiring the mirror finish version.

- Blue lights on keys- Overview shape and keys appears good (even a lot more in the dark)- The band at the bottom of the keyboard for the wrists is somewhat ergonomic- Touchpad for adjusting LED and windows media player (when it performs)- The rubber keys are confortable when pressing the keys (while it lasts) - Price tag (back then was about 125$ with taxes)-Touchpad stoped working immediately after six months, it doesn't perform at all but at least the keys were lighted when it broke so they usually stay on. -1 egg- A single of the two cheap pieces for lifting the keyboard broke just following 2 months which is dissapointing simply because I generally use this on every single keyboard. -1 egg- The rubberkeys begin to wear out on the WASD, CTRL ( nicely all the keys you overuse) immediately after about six months at a point you can't read the letter. -1egg I owned this keyboard for over a year and a half and I purchased this because it looked great and I was tired of often working with a boring office keyboards. I am not a picky consumer but all I want is to have a product that lasts, at least the keys nonetheless lights up when turning on the laptop and nonetheless functioning. I bought 3 razer goods at the similar time, the deathadder(mice), the barracudas(headphones) and this keyboard. Just about every solution they have done didn't last, in particular the headphones which died right after 4 months. The mice side button broke off as nicely. I don't assume I will ever buy a razer solution once more simply because of it's poor built top quality (for Each and every solution they have made so far) Razer says they are a ''gamer'' brand but they don't make genuine ''gaming'' merchandise that are supposed to be overused and final for much more longer. For the gaming perfomance, razer solutions are great but that's all I can say about them

keys press effectively, great finish, port technique is convient keys will go dead randomly, untill i unplug and replug in keyboard, Quite frustrating in the middle of games. Finish does make dirt and grim stand out. if this keyboard was 20$ less expensive it may possibly be worth it. Go with a logitech or microsoft keyboard. not worth the danger

the keyboard lighting is cool and the way it switches and stuff also the music stuff on the manage panle, looks really cool and I like the key resistance, I guess the crucial prog is nice if you like hot keys. cool blue color that matches my mouse and my moray ear buds. nicely to get started when starting up it takes a minute to let the keyboard ajust and you can't change the lighting or start Itunes before it gets settled. Other than that the keyboard smudging but I knew it was going to do this because of the mirror coating and therefor is not a con. also messing with the cords is annoying. Also generally having to have the back lighting on mainly because you can see the keys without it. other than that its a excellent keyboard and I like that they sent a cool razer shammy with the keyboard it would also function fantastic for glasses cleaning.

I've had this for practically six months now and haven't had a single difficulty with it. The keys are quiet and responsive. It's certainly backlit, and I have excellent visibility with no it getting blinding. The additional USB port is nice to have. The touch screen has under no circumstances given me a difficulty, and feels solid. This keyboard shouldn't give you a problem unless you have a temper tantrum and beat on it. And frankly, I have and it still functions completely. It would be good if it dispensed beer... but it doesn't.It's shiny and even although it's plastic it's pretty scratch resistant. I could see that if you are especially whiny it could bother you obtaining a smudge... but for your typical guy this isn't a issue. It really looks cool. It has held up properly to heavy day-to-day use. I could see it becoming a slight advantage when gaming due to it's responsiveness, and if you are looking for much more than that in a keyboard you truly will need get a life. It's comfortable for extended periods of gaming, and the keys don't take a lot of force to push. If you spend a lot of time playing games like me it really should operate well.

Keys are huge and comfy to type and game on, its sensitive adequate to play most FPS games. It looks very nice in the dark. fantastic customer service, quick and easy. Continual virtual crucial locks/malfunctions, gets extremely annoying when gaming or typing a paper it'll go "studyinnnnnnnnnnnnnnn..." till I replug the USB, Newest driver does not enable... I RMAed it, the new keyboard had the same issue... It's fairly effortless to get dirty and some of the keys are partially lit(not a big deal). For FPS Games, ghosting does not operate adequately so I cant move side-forward with "A" and "W" keys which gets really annoying. I feel razer make good stuff, but clearly this keyboard is not one particular of them... I nonetheless use my Deathadder mouse which works wonderful! I've replaced the lycosa with my new Logitech G19 which has absolutely no troubles what so ever...

I personally love this keyboard, it has an incredible really feel to the keys. It is also the most eye-catching keyboard I have noticed however. Weird but little situation I have noticed is occasionally I have to touch the button to turn on the back-lit keys on a fresh boot. Often it turns on by itself, other times I have to turn it on.

Lots of space, lots of fan + two optional spots for fans. Moves air nicely. Not considerably of a con i guess, but the fan deals on the front were out of place and had to unscrew all the thumbscrews to replace them back in the slots, front bottom fan was hitting a led light, but was a uncomplicated fix, so in case you hear some knocking, verify for the front fans hitting the led lights I wasn't expecting a giant of a case, but this will defiantly be a project to fill all the space in this case, also had problems with wiring due to the fact this is my initially total build.AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black 3.4ghzWindows 7 Ultimate 64bitGigabyte MA-770T UP3PRadeon HD 5770 XXX Black 1GBRaidMax RX-630SS 鳇mm blue)This make was from scratch using a skeleton case :)

- Back-lighting- Not bulky This keyboard is terrible, coming from Razer I thought that this keyboard would be fantastic, seeing as how razer is a good peripheral manufacturer. -Buttons randomly quit working.-Lights go on and off randomly by themselves.-Keys are beginning to stick, have to smash my return crucial.-Loose flaky style, and cheap plastic feel.MMO Con (HUGE)- Was raiding in WoW as a healer, keys quit functioning. Whole raid wiped due to my keyboard. As a result 24 men and women were mad. Just to clarify, I have been working with computers due to the fact I was around six or 7 with DOS 3.1 :P, enjoy those days, I am now 21. So stating that, I had troubleshooted the drivers, and can say the drivers are not the problem. The hardware is the situation.

- Blue LED appears awesome- Keyboard looks wonderful- It functions like a keyboard (sometimes) - Lycosa's help is... well I've sent them two emails and never ever had a response back.- Software was finest left uninstalled- Although gaming, keys would quit functioning for no apparent cause and you would have to unplug the keyboard to reset it. This occurred with and without the software installed. - Loud keys When moving, the household essential had popped off this keyboard and I had attempted to see if I could get a replacement important shipped to me or something, but Lycosa never when responded to my help e-mail request. I've quite disappointed in the business. I want this was a much better keyboard, I really adore the back-lit keys!

I purchased this for myself as a Christmas present even though it was on sale, price tag wasn't even that fantastic, but I figured it would be a strong solution.-Quite cheaply manufactured keys, flimsy really feel to the keyboard, mirror finish seems somewhat fashionable I guess-Not truly heavy, if that's what you want-Truly syncs with Winamp for me, could be the ideal point about this keyboard This waste of 80 dollars broke on me fairly much. Virtually half of the most vital keys I use that I only use even though playing a game have broken on me inside two months of purchase. I paid 80 dollars for this, and perhaps 60 a thing for a Saitek Eclipse 3 a year beforehand that was at least twice as effective. Don't anticipate this to final extended if you essentially use the keys, this is definitely a 'showoff' keyboard not a completely functioning reputable piece of technology.

rubber coated keyseven back-lightingMakes a good clacking sound Glad I didn't get this from newegg. Nothing against the egg, but the RMA process is a PITA even with the very best of customer service. The 1st board I picked up suffered from the all also prevalent dead key situation. This dilemma is so pervasive that I genuinely wonder how this model made it to resale. I returned it for yet another and opted for an insurance coverage policy by way of the shop to insure that I would be in a position to get yet another replacement devoid of spending a tiny fortune on return shipping if the second, third, fourth a single took a dump on me immediately after the initially 14 days of ownership. The second one particular lasted 16 days ahead of it started randomly launching WMP. As soon as this started taking place I tried to close WMP only to have it re-launch promptly. Not a fantastic function for a gaming keyboard when you're in the middle of shooting zombies on the web. The only way to make it stop was to unplug it and wipe off the touch-pad (works about 70% of the time). I really should have just returned it and purchased a different Saitek Eclipse II. I like my RAZER mouse but this keyboard has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not buy anything from them again.

have had for nearly two years now and none of the keys have ever provided me a problem. the keyboard looks and performs just as effectively as it did when i first purchased it. the blue lighting isn't too bright or also dim. i use the keyboard mainly throughout the night and i have by no means had a difficulty with the lighting. i dotn really use the ports in the back, but i do know that they perform. the 1 (and only) con that i have with the lycosa is that from day 1, the media keys in the top proper corner have in no way worked. honestly, i dont ever use them in the very first location but im confident i would if they did operate. but other than that and my individual preference towards flat black rather gloss black, its a excellent keyboard. i think i got the lycosa for 60 dollars and i think thats a excellent deal for this piece of hardware. and the wrist-resting issue, it would be sick if the logo glowed blue as effectively. i have the razer death-adder mouse and it matches oh also properly with the lycosa. obtain them both currently.
