Operates on a most current point and shoot Canon. The only challenge is that the camera can not show the quantity of remaining shots readily available in much more than five digits. So, right after shooting about images and videos for the duration of a 15 day getaway, the camera nonetheless shows 99,999 shots left! 16 GB is that major! None but.

This is a fantastic SD card for storing images. We use it on our Canon Rebel T2i and it does fantastic for image storage and transfer to the macbook. If you are going to use the video capabilities on your digital SLR, verify the specifications for writing speed. Had to purchase a new SD card with a quicker writing speed (this is a class 4) in order for it to function. Make confident you verify on the needed card speed for your camera just before getting the card (if you plan to use it for video).

Affordable but not "cheap" (cheaply produced, and so forth) from a trustworthy brand. It's fairly dependable. Not the fastest performer, but hey, you get what you pay for. If you are utilizing this for run-of-the-mill photography, or if you are making use of this as accessory storage for a laptop, this card is excellent! If you need to have truly high-speed cards for rapid photography, assume about spending far more for a more quickly card.

SD Card appears to function fine so far. None I can consider of. I just want to say that this is my second time ordering from Newegg and their order processing time is off the charts! Each times I've paid for regular 3 day shipping and both instances the orders have been shipped the exact same day I placed the order. I received my order the next day. Keep up the wonderful work, Newegg!!!

Rapid shipping, functions out of the box. I imply...there's not much else to say. No troubles receiving it into my camera, recognized, and so forth. My initial SD card was 16 MB, so 16GB is extremely niiiz. Um...it wasn't hand delivered to me by a mythical figure riding a unicorn? Really nothing negative to say here.

16GB. That's a lot of images. On my SD850 IS, it's a little more than two hours of video. Class four, but whatever. I bought a couple of these to take video at a concert, but my battery died way too rapidly. It's my fault for not charging it. I have three Kingston SD cards and I'm fairly certain I'll stick with them until they give me a cause to do otherwise.

Low-cost. Then again, I bear in mind paying 贄 for a 2GB SD, and even a lot more for a 2GB microSD. How long til the 32GB's are this low-cost? =)Study speeds are fairly decent, when you ultimately get your files on there. Write speeds are slow. These cards genuinely don't appear to like multiple files getting transferred and it HATES numerous copy processes, it commonly just stops functioning, even with the smallest of files. My assistance would be to figure out what you want, place it all in one folder, and copy that over, and be prepared to wait a looooong time. Or copy every individual file over, creating sure the preceding transfer is comprehensive ahead of. Its really zippy with a single file, it did wonderful when I tested it in my commonly slow camera. I put this in my old Dell Axim x51v with WM6.five. I now have a seriously an extremely transportable film player, with 1GB of music and some old games. I couldn't be happier. Due to the fact this works so effectively, my subsequent acquire may possibly be a 32GB SD and a CF to SD convertor. Ought to be in a position to fit every single film/anime/tv series I personal with that in addition to this 16GB.Also, I tested this with ReadyBoost on Windows 7 since there seems to be a lack of data about that. Format it to exFAT (not NTFS) and it will operate just fine with ReadyBoost.

Not a undesirable cost for 16GB storage! I've in no way employed SD cards just before, and I was really pleased with how effortless it was to discover to use, each in my camera and my card reader.Storage space is *huge*! I let my 7-year-old play with my camera, taking photos and recording videos for several *hours*, and it barely made a dent in the remaining space on the card. None! I've been utilizing Kingston system memory for a number of years, and have identified them to be a incredibly trustworthy name for spending budget -- but high quality -- memory products. I think I overpaid. This surely isn't the card's fault, but as I stated earlier, if I can let my daughter go for numerous hours and I've only applied ӯGB out of 16GB, then I truly purchased a card bigger than my needs. This is fine -- I'd rather purchase a card that's also large than as well modest, but in retrospect, and 8GB card would've been as well large as well, but could have been a better option. The moral of the story: Know your wants ahead of you shell out the cash. :)

I seriously enjoy this SD card. I have it in my PDA (Dell Axim X50V, WM6) and it functions perfectly so far. Put my entire music collection and many motion pictures with room to spare, and appears to play almost everything back fine. It could be a tiny bit more rapidly - it lags a tiny bit when I'm playing back files, but it's almost certainly just my PDA. For < ำ, can you go wrong?
