Bought these for my 2 contour roams. No issues using them. Fast enough for the camera. Probably be better to get a faster card for transferring to the computer though. You Can get class 10 cards for basically the same price now...

I replaced an old faulty 2GB microSD card with this card. I've tested this card on a Blackberry 9700 and HTC Desire and it works perfectly on both. Read speeds meet the standard and is consistent.

Pros: Cheap, Super compact

Bought it for some old cell phones. Have to say it's a very good deal if you just need some extra space for some music or pictures. Most of phones or pads they charge you $50 more for extra 8G space, so this is better for you to upgrade your phone and pad space.

I bought this to upgrade my 2gb micro sd card in my cell phone. works great, tons of space for music and pictures now.It also comes with a sd adapter so you can use it in your camera or other media devices. I picked it up onsale for $6.98, its not the fastest out there being only a class 4, but for a cellphone or mp3 player is great. I would not recommend this for a digital camera or HD camera. I would get a class 10 if your looking for a sd card for your camera.

My friend is currently using this microSDHC in his Sony Ericsson phone. It's working great so far. With the SD adapter, the read speed was 17.19 MB/s and the write speed was 4.876 MB/s, well in line of Class 4 (4 MB/s write). Got this on sale for next to nothing. Got it for a cellphone to store music and some pictures. The initial transfer of all my files was slow, but I expected that being a class 4. Works great once I got all my songs loaded.

Not much to say other than Kingston never disappoints. Not sure if it says anywhere in the description but it does come with the adapter to full size SD. I have owned many kingston memory products and they have never failed me yet.

Cons: The selling price of $11.99 is not at it lowest point

Pros: I tested with h2testw to measure speed and verify it. It's written speed is pretty decent at 9.62MB/S, well exceeding the rated class 4 spec. Also the verification comes out without any error, and reading speed is 13.4MB per seconds, not bad too. Tested with both canon SLR 450D, and 100HS. They both works fine with it. It seems even faster than a class 6 16G Transcend SD card. I later tested the Transcend card with h2testw, it's only 4.10MB/S writing speed.Edit: I later discovered the 4.10MB/S for Transcend was caused by the slow card reader/writer. I used same card reader/writer I used for Kingston, the writing speed becomes 8.21MB/S, still slower than the Kingston one.
Comment:
Works fine with both my Canon SLR(450D) and Canon 100HS compact camera. Even faster than a class 6 Transcend 16G SD card. This review was modfied by poster n 07-05-11 07:26 PM This review was modfied by poster @ 07-06-11 07:32 AM

I bought this for use in my new Archos 101 tablet. At the time, I was looking for one with higher capacity and speed rating but this one was at the sweet price point and I could not justify the high prices of the larger ones. I can buy 3 of these for the price of a 16G one.I have not been disappointed with the performance and it holds enough videos and music for use when traveling. I have not had any problems with the speed when playing even HD videos from it.
