Cons: -None so far

Pros: -Blazing fast-Boot time decreased dramatically-Build quality
Comment:
Bought this for an Alienware M17x r3 and as soon i received it, i updated the firmware without any problem. I first installed it in bay 0 and computer started to freeze. This is a know problem for this model of laptop with ssd. I installed it in bay 1 and everything went perfect after. Reviews for sandforce ssds are mixed but in my case everything is working perfect so far and the performance is awsome.

Cons: None so far.

Pros: -High quality (it feels and looks really sleek and neat)-Fast (true advertised speed)-Reliable (didn't fail me since day 1)
Comment:
I would definitely recommend this product to anybody who is in the market for a new SSD. I plan to buy another one (RAID config). This product was recommended to me by one of the associates at the Markham store as I was going for the vertex 3 and to be honest he saved my life because OCZ's have high failure rate.

Cons: -Only one tiny one, locking Sata and power cable will not lock onto this drive

Pros: -Attractive case-Price (purchased on sale)-Very smooth to install (with Acronis cloning)-Great reputation
Comment:
Got this on sale price, seamless to install, runs great, very fast and good price point. A top quality product. I thought it was a pen that came with the retail package but instead it is an attractive metal pen shaped, small screwdriver, to help with installation. The extra HDD case it comes with to help with installation on laptops doubles as an external drive holder for my older Intel SSD. Now I can use my older SSD as a portable external HDD. Too many good things can be said about this product, it reeks of quality, wish everything could be made this way.

Cons: I can only take advantage of 1/2 the speed of this drive because of my onboard SATA controller, which is now the bottleneck on my system.

Pros: Very Fast. Quiet.Small form factor.Came with a USB3 converter case.
Comment:
This drive is twice as fast as the SATA controller it is plugged into. My onboard SATA controller sits on top of a PCI bus (66MHz x 32bits = ~250MB/s). My benchmarks were showing a little more than 240MB/s throughput to the drive even though it can handle >500MB/sI recommend getting a PCIeX4 (or better) SATA controller if you really want to get the most out of this drive.Even running at half speed this drive is more than double the speed of my spinning disk.

Cons: Sandforce issues still apparent even with latest Firmware.

Pros: Exceptionally fast, quiet, cool and efficient.
Comment:
Amazing difference in speed compared to mechanical drive. Everything just seems snappy in Win7 64bit. I Had to turn off the sleep functions and power management to the drive or I kept getting BSOD on wakeup. Been stable ever since. Seems to be a known problem with Sandforce even though it came with latest Firmware.

Cons: What a pain in the ass it was to get the bracket to fit for a mac Pro. Unless you are good with a drill and a hammer and maybe a saw to trim down the bracket and make it fit on the mac pro bracket i would suggest finding an aftermarket bracket to make 2.5" drives fit on to the rails for Mac Pros.

Pros: Super quick and silent compared to 7200 rpm drives. No issues installing software wise on Mac OS X in a Mac Pro, Leopard.
Comment:
Summary, well it works great so far, but time will tell how it does over the long haul. Not a bad price considering these were expensive a few years ago.I put only my system folder and applications and one user folder on the drive. Then used symbolic links to link to a large Raid array with the rest of my data. So far it worked great. This downloadable script made it way faster, rather than using terminal like I did last time: http://www.macworld.com/article/153437/2010/08/symlinkservice.htmlAgain just make sure you have a way to mount 2.5" drives in your computer, because the bracket they provide is not adequate for MacPro without drilling and flattening one edge.

Pros: Fast, nice looking drive.

I didn't notice how much faster this drive was until I booted up my previous WD 640gb black drive after using the kingston for a few days. WOW! The old HDD is sloooooow. The Kingston HyperX is a wicked little drive. It's hooked up to my ASUS amd 790 board, so only sata2 but still runs great. Now I want more spaceand a new board.

Got this a few days ago and no issues so far, to replace an SSD that was too small. It doesn't seem to have a sleep problem. I don't normally use seep, but have tried it, and it woke up properly. The kit that it comes with worked perfectly for me. Once I got it home I used the included USB drive enclosure to connect it to the computer. Booted to the included CD, used screen menus to add usb drive to system), and ran the cloning process (allowing it to expand the partition). Finally swapped the small ssd for this one (checking the bios after), and ... it ... just ... worked. I was a little surprised actually.

This is a top of the line SSD. What else can you expect when Kingston puts there HyperX logo on something? I also have an Intel 510 which I bought because it was more reliable than Sandforce SSD. I only did that because I don't trust OCZ due to their horrible reviews, but I trust Kingston and it has paid off. They made one fast SSD. I have had zero issues with it.
