Cons: Does not come with a mount

Pros: FastCheap
Comment:
This SSD was in my price range and on sale when I bought it for my new computer I was building. It's my first SSD and overall I am very pleased with it. I was surprised at how fast my OS would now load, same with my games. I would recommend this to someone that doesn't want to spend lots of money on a SSD.

Cons: speedpricepack and accesserioes

Pros: brandsize
Comment:
Because the one from G.skill was not in stock, i ordered this one, G.skill one has better speed and cheaper price.a plastic pack, very weak and no accesserioes come with this drive, like a mount kit...so you need to buy one or find a space to tie it in your casethe performance is ok, you pay what you get.

Cons: Not as fast as Sandforce or Indilinx

Pros: Price per GB, Usable size
Comment:
Upgraded a 900HA netbook with this and Win7 - noticable speed, noise and heat improvement over the 320GB Hitachi 7200rpm that was installed previously. Can't say that battery life has improved any, but knowing that my netbook can take even more abuse improves peace of mind. In retrospect - could have gone with only the 64GB version, for what I use the netbook for. Base install after OS, MS Office and assorted utilities took only about 20GB of disk space.

Cons: Odd stuttering when installing applicationsSignificant write speed drop  when reaching capacity

Pros: Very fastAmple roomVery reasonable price
Comment:
When I first installed everything on this SSD, I immediately noticed the difference between this and my Caviar Black. Boot-up was crazy fast, Firefox would load up in an instant, and games would load up slightly faster. Add to that a decent amount of space to install your stuff on it, and you have yourself a very reasonable purchase for $210.However, two negative observations I have for this is the odd stuttering and the huge drop  in write speed. Whenever I install a large file onto the SSD, everything takes ages to open, like browsers, word processors, and even the calculator. Secondly, I just ran AS SSD on this thing to see how it's doing, and my write speeds drop ped from 140-160 down to 80. That's a HUGE drop , and I don't know if it's either because it's almost full or the SSD is crapping out on me.Overall though, despite those two gripes, I really like this SSD. The thing made my computer run much faster overall, so I still recommend it for those looking into buying one at an affordable price.

Win7 load up in like 30sec !!! Good product on all point. Only thing im giving a 4 stars its because they dont give a 2.5 bay adapter for those....

Cons: Isn't as big as my conventional HD

Pros: Lets me run loads of programs without disk thrash
Comment:
I actually bought this (with my own $$$) for my work PC, as the disk thrash with all the tools I needed made it unbearable to use. I'd been looking for months, and this was the first drive with both the capacity I needed and the low price I could afford.I can now run file searches, multiple copies of Visual Studio, DB tools, Subversion updates, etc., without things grinding to a halt.I don't know if a different SSD would give measurably better performance, but the $/MB on this puts it so far ahead of any other SSD, the differences were irrelevant. If you need a large SSD today, and price matters at all, this is the one to get.

Cons: It is a budget drive so it doesn't do well in benchmarks.

Pros: decently fastLoads windows and Start up programs much faster than old drive
Comment:
I knew this wasn't the fastest SSD when I bought it. I know that you get what you pay for. For this drive I was very satisfied. Its a great option if you are thinking about going SSD, but you dont want to spend a fortune. If you get this on sale it is very much worth it. 5 stars!!

Cons: Not ground breaking performance but hey what do you expect for half the price of the newer ssd's??

Pros: Best price per gig while on sale. Great upgrade for laptops.
Comment:
I was on the fence regarding this drive for a long time. I was looking for a laptop hard drive upgrade. When this drive hit $199 on sale I took the plunge.Wow what a great choice. My laptop is now almost as responsive as my desktop with a Raptor drive and much more powerful cpu.Programs and files load fast, internet has no glitches, and bootup is down to 1/4 of what it was.A vast improvement over the 5400 RPM laptop drive.I have not tried it, but from my impression this would also make a nice drive for a standard system.

Cons: none

Pros: Great PriceGood speed
Comment:
Good price for its size range. Simple plug and play, did a fresh install to make comaprison with OCZ's SSD.It is a little bit slower than OCZ's agility, only by 2seconds more at start up and a 0.1 lower rating in Win7 measurement thingy, but without the hazzel of dealing with OCZ's MIR, which I don't think I'll ever get after looking at their history on many forums.60Gb is only enough for OS and basic office suite. 120GB is minimal for gaming these days. $224 after tax, great buy to trade off ~$100 for 2 seconds.

Cons: none

Pros: very good price/performance
Comment:
If you are looking for a good value SSD, I will recomend this one. For about 40% cheaper than some other faster 128GB SSD, this one perform very well. You should see a big speed change from a regular 7200rpm HD. I only install the OS on this drive and it takes about 30 seconds to boot in win7 to the logon screen and less than 1min after logon to fully load into the main desktop. Of course, all depends how many startup program you have...I had many widget setup on startup and lots of background services like defrag monitor, backup, antivirus, etc.
