Cons: * Girlfriend stole it from me - day of opening - so I didn't even get to keep it for myself.* Wiggles a bit during insert ion, due to physical attributes (it's not big, but the metal finish makes it slippery to insert without using the loop at the end, which torques the insert ion).* USB 2, not USB 3, but that's expected at the price.

Cons: Finger/keyhole too large to use these in side by side ports

Inexpensive, no moving parts, solid construction, compact size. Nothing really to go wrong - only thing is that the finger/keyhole makes it difficult to use this in USB ports that are side by side. |

I ordered a bunch of these for work to put on all the guys keychain's, i love that there is no sliding pieces or gimmicks that always end up broken on my USB keys, its one solid piece and wont break.Also, since they are super cheap and we have a ton, i decided to drop one in a glass of water for a few minutes just to test the "waterproof" claim, and after properly drying it off, it worked just fine! |

My girlfriend looked at my order, said "oh, can I have that one", and immediately stole my shiny new flash drive before I even had opened the package. That says everything. Goes with her Macbook, she says.I ordered this flash drive as an addon item on sale, and threw in a few competing brands as well (Patriot, Kingston, ADATA). The Kingston drive was had a similar metal finish, but was about 75% the length. None of them interested her - she wanted the Silicon Power Rugged Metal flash drive.There's a lot of manufacturers making flash drives. There's very few that offer it in an attractive design that catches the attention of your significant other. Congratulations Silicon Power, you're in select company.
