They are easy to use and the sound quality is excellent. When the speakers are powered on, the volume is all the way down, so you have to reset the volume every time they are powered up.

Pros:Works well. Rated at 5 watts. Good range on wireless. Sound nice. Cons: Need outlet to plug into if u don;t want to keep buying batteries for speakers. 6 C cells per speaker. Needs outlet for plugging in the xmitter by the source input. I would buy them again.

I bought these speakers based on the low price and all the good reviews. They were easy to set up, and the sound was good. But I chose to return them based on two things: Mono sound and 12 C batteries required. If you're not particular about your sound, they are OK. But I like to hear the full effect of the music, and these speakers don't give you that. In the year 2010, the technology exists for stereo wireless speakers, but I guess not for $69.99. I've got a 20 year old boom box that takes half as many batteries, has a built in equalizer and is in STEREO. And I can carry it with one hand, unlike these speakers. I'll stick with the boom box. Too bad it cost me about $20 in postage to find that out.

I bought these speakers for my laptop. They sound horrible. NO bass. Also, the remote does not turn the speakers on. The speakers automatically shut off after a short period on inactivity and to turn them back on you have to get up and use the buttons on the speakers themselves. Sending them back. Save your money!

Speakers have very good sound and work well. I do have to turn down the volume on the TV because the voices on the TV and speakers do not match. They shut off with the remote but can not turn them on with it. But I am still happy with them for the price.

These speakers work pretty well. They can be a bit annoying as I have to push the power button on each speaker every time I want to listen if I've been away for a while. Otherwise they are a great bargain and easy to set up.

I bought these speakers and put one in the garage and one in the upstairs bathroom. Good sound quality and reception about 80ft from transmitter through 3 walls and a floor. Only thing I don't like is when I enter a room and turn on the speaker the volume is almost muted so I have to turn it up to hear it. It would be nice if it stayed at the previous volume level.

I play MP3s through several sets of powered PC spealers wired throughout the house. I have wanted to find a wireless alternative for years. I got a pair of these last month, and have been enjoying them daily. The range is acceptable and sufficient to place the speakers anywhere I want them in the house. I want to add another pair, and maybe a rock-shaped outdoor speaker for the patio soon. The volume and sound quality are great for background & party music. I highly recommend them.

The speakers have done great so far. My husband really likes them since he can't hear the speakers on the TV that well. The only thing is that when you mute the tv you have to do turn each speaker down also. I would definitely recommend to others.

As stated in other reviews overall good quality speakers and wireless. Only complaint is that you can't turn on the speakers with the remote control. You can turn them off, but not on. When the speakers are about 75-100 ft away they start to get a little static, but overall they do not mess with my 5.6 GHz phone or Cisco N-router.

I've only had my wireless speakers connected to my pc now for about 2 weeks now but they work very well! I can put them on to blast music when cleaning around the house or have them whisper quietly as background music, I haven't had any issues with any interference and I do have wifi in the home as well (Note, my home is about 915 square ft, fyi). This is a very good alternative to paying thousands of dollars to have networked audio throughout your home and I may even get the wifi rock! One con I would say is you do have to manually turn the speakers on but that's just being nitpicky.
