Pros: Strong, Heavy duty, lots of extra screws, adjustable

This is the cheapest rail mount kit I could find so I bought 4 of them for our new server rack. There rack mounts are very sturdy, and can accommodate almost any adjustment level.Just ensure that all sides are adjusted the same. Great buy!
