Cons: None

Pros: Modular, silent and stable.
Comment:
I purchased this a while back, and until, todayi have yet to find any psu, that's this stable.I have never seen the voltage vary more then 0.2 volt.Voltages are on the spot, even when under full load. Also it's very quiet, and modular, so less cable clutter.

Cons: watch for cable length in bottom case mount

Pros: Quiet, clean power, modular cables
Comment:
Great unit, Quiet fan. Modular cables make installing cleanly a snap. Just have to watch the cable length, 8 pin eps cable is a tad short to install cleanly

Cons: Both the sATA power cables merge into one, 10-pin connector on the PSULarger than some other PSUs of the same rating

Pros: QuietCoolNice job on cablesThis thing is heavy
Comment:
Before I installed the part I turned it on outside of the computer; actually I turned it on in my bathroom sinse it's very quiet in there. With the power supply on it was still quiet and I do mean quiet; as in could hardly hear it. The over-all fit and finish of the PSU is very well and obviously not thrown together. All cabling is very well made and all crimped connections are very strong. Even with the computer under a lot of load for a long time the PSU stays very cool. I am very pleased and WILL buy another SilverStone PSU which will no doubt find a home in a SilverSone case.

Cons: gets a litle hot, but havent tried other 600w psu to know how hot they get. seems about average tho. also wires are somewhat long for a mid tower, but in soem cases this can eb a strength

Pros: 600w over 40 amps, 4x 12v rails, modular, price, lots of wires
Comment:
its an amazing psu and should be recomended over the 520hx by everyone, it doesnt riple and rusn stable im running a q6600 oced to 3.9ghz, 2gb of crucial balistix, and a maximus formula with xfire 3870's. never once has it failed me. also fits very well in a nzxt apollo.

I bought this power supply from Sky's praise for Silverstone powersupplies and it is one of the most powerful modular psu's around.

Cons: A bit bigger than others

Pros: ModularQuietGood Cables

Overall this is a great PSU. The whole thing is just top quality. Only thing is its a big long which was kind of a nuisance in my P180 trying to fit in the cables. But I got it to work and its fine now. 10/10

Cons: Cables supplied

Pros: Quiet, nice finish, modular
Comment:
I bought this unit in January, and it worked great until March when it just suddenly died. The system just wouldn't power up and the PSU made a weird static sound. It certainly wasn't overworked powering 4400x2 / 7900 GTO / 1 HDD. But I must say Silverstone support was great, I had to send it to California but it was exchanged and the replacement was here 2 weeks after I sent it there. The only thing that bugs me is it doesn't come with a single PCIe cable. There are two modular PCIe cables, both with two plugs on the end, so if you just have a single PCIe video card you still end up with an extra plug/wire hanging around.

Cons: None whatsoever!!

Pros: This thing is awesomeTotally modular
Comment:
This is the king of power supplies. Every wire is removable, which is very nice. Separate rails for everything. The thing that blew me away was that we had a quick little brownout one night and every other computer in the house rebooted, except mine. It didn't even blink.

Cons: Fan is loud, even when system is idle

Pros: Modular, good quality workmanship
Comment:
Bought this p/s because I wanted a 100% modular one, plus it was on sale. Overall I am happy with it, installation was easy, modular cables reduce the clutter in my case. But, like I said in the weaknessess, it is pretty loud. If your goal is to build a silent PC then maybe this power supply isn't for you.

Cons: Not modular enough, I feel lied to.A bit long

Pros: ModularQuietSturdy, good qualityPrice (130 on discount)
Comment:
I'm happy with this PSU in terms of quality, but not modularity. I have to say, somewhere along the way of designing this thing the word modular lost it's meaning. If being 100% modular means all the wires can unplug from the PSU, then this one is. But in that sense any PSU can count as 100% modular just if all the cables are on 1 massive detachable connector...For me this PSU loses big with the 2-on-1 PCI-E and 6-on-1 SATA cables. I only have 1 graphics card and 2 SATA Hard drives. Besides, if I wanted to run a system with 4 Graphics cards and 6 Hard Drives I'd get a higher wat PSU.If you are a hardcore SLI gamer with a Raid 0+1 downloading DVDs 24/7, then this one is for you.I was merely looking for a PSU that will keep clutter out and still offer future upgrade options. It seems like most of what I gained through its modularity I lost in some other form...

Cons: Too many SATA connectors.

Pros: Everything! Amazing quality, great performance, great stability, great looks, great everything.
Comment:
This the best PSU I've owned. It is very sturdy, you can tell just by picking it up that the quality of workmanship is outstanding. You could throw this thing off the roof of your house for crying out loud...The modular cables all work perfectly and look great as well, they're not too hard to install but very solid. The only minor complaint I would have is the SATA power chain has 6 connectors on one line, a little too much but what can you do. The fan is absolutely dead silent, and moves a good amount of air.Power output is absolutely solid and very stable.GREAT UNIT, buy it now!!

Pros: Great unit, Price is right when on sale
Comment:
Best unit I've owner yet. Solid with some weight to it. Quiet. A little long. Make sure you have room. 4 PCI-E conectors on two separate rails. Long enough cables to be sure. No complaints. Very impressed.

Long enough cables. Solid feel with good weight to it. Fairly quiet, not at all annoying sounding. Would strongly recommend this power supply to others.
