Cons: The GrabBee video capturing software tends to freeze/crash every now and then.

I ordered this as I needed to transfer old VHS camcorder footage to my pc. I wasn't even sure how the process worked, but I was very pleased to see that this cable came with GrabBee software and a very helpful manual on how to use it. I ended up needing another cable to hook up the camcorder to Startech one, but I had one of those lying around the house so it wasn't a problem.The software it came with works well, but it was bit tricky to figure out how it worked. Also, it seems to crash frequently, but not to the point where capturing video is impossible. I've had no problem so far recording in ten minute increments - the program only crashed when I had it recording for over 25 minutes.It works great and is easy to use. What else is there to say?
