I like the easy to read phone directories number and name size. It was a bit hard to figure out some of the features, and getting the phone book transferred was a problem. Liked it well enough to order a second phone for a friend tho. Customer service is good at communicating thru email. Wish the phone came in a color as it is so thin is difficult to find. |

The phone looks slick and thin, which was great considering that this model is years old. All I ever wanted was to use it to make voice calls and the occasional text messages. And then I find out that whenever I speak on the phone, the other end hears this LOUD buzzing sound. And ONLY when I speak. Returned it, and a replacement unit is on its way. In any case, all I can say is I regret buying this unit. |

Phone is great for the price. Second samsung of this kind I own. Loved my first one, that was better than this particular model (camera also on front and great internet modem) but it cost me close to $300. Don't miss the better specifications of that old phone, and for the value you can get it here you can't do no wrong. Note: I was a bit scared of ordering online but everything went very smooth. Costumer service is also great. Enjoy! |

Phone came quickly although delayed by UPS error by a day. Works well and my wife loves the large numbers and ease of use. Phone says ''T- Mobile'' all over it. Fully charged in 30 minutes! Box came only with charging cable and as it is a proprietary cable, now we need at least another cable to load anything on the phone. |

This would be a great phone for a T-Mobile user. It is very heavily branded for T-Mobile. The software and the layout of the options and menus are completely tailored to T-Mobile, and there is no way to rearrange the shortcuts or buttons like other Samsung phones. |

I just received my phone and I am happy with the price, and the amenities. However, I have AT&T service and the internet is not compatible with this model. I called AT&T they could not connect it. I called Samsung and was told I could not connect with this phone. Buyer Beware! Check with AT&T, before buying this one. |
Had for 4-5 years. Dropped, stepped on many times, and no problems. Charges quick and charge lasts for days. Holds lots of pics, easy to use. Thin and small and can go in your pocket. Good sound. Cheap too! Sister has other brand and has had 6 repalcements in same time frame. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
