Good long battery life, I already bought a UL30 and now bought the UL50. Simply amazing laptops that feel more expensive then they are.Had to remove little bloatware at start, otherwise a very good buy.The UL series is my type of laptop |
I've had this laptop for about a month and so far no real complaints. It's one of the lighter 15" laptops I've used for this price and it has a nice finish. Mine came with the 8-cell battery and although it gets nowhere near the advertised 12hr life, it still gets a solid 6-8hrs given a medium workload. Low voltage processor isn't the fastest thing around but it handles everything I throw at it and is a plus when it comes to battery life. This is my second Asus laptop and I'm definitely satisfied with this purchase.
