I've been using it for about a month and love it. I wish it was metal instead of cheap cheap plastic, but oh well. It reads my SD card well, my fans speed and temps of my case very well.

Recieved this product today, looks great and works great. Abvious that there is no quality control, media ports misaligned, case was not closed properly, I fixed it. Overall FAIR product.

Customer service gets a big 5 stars for customer support but this product has zero quality control. Looks very nice and I wanted this to work. The first one I received the temp sensors kept alarming and there was a lot of play in the card reader. I was afraid to push in a card because I thought it would break. Exchanged it and the second one sensors worked, but the card reader still had a similar amount of play and this time the card reader didn't work. Oh well at least they have great customer support.

No problems so far except what was mentioned below by others. Just didnt want to go into the case. I was finally able to jam it into an ATX Tower and ran into Adpater length issues and had to run out and buy a longer cord. USB and Firewire seem to work fine but occasionally the memory readers like to fuss and not read right away or recognize larger capacity size SD cards. My older camera has an xm memory and it was read fast but then tryed to get stuck in the slot. That was remedied with a screw driver and various words coming out of my mouth. I also cut my finger installing this bad boy in my metal case as it just doesnt seem to fit unless it goes on a diet and losses a few inches around teh waiste. But Hey It Works and thats what counts right?

The product worked just fine out of the box as far as the Card Readers I use (SD & CF) and the USB & 1394 Ports. However, the best part of the documentation is the photos. The literature is of very little help; especially when it comes to installing the temperature sensors. Futhermore, I elected not to use the Fan Speed Controls, since my motherboard automatically adjusts the fan speed as needed (so why take a chance on someone turning it down to a lower speed). Also, the design and construction of the case is poor. I had to make a few modifications to my case in order to have the device line up properly. All in all, I got what I wanted out of the product, but I would probably not by it again.

Ive had a couple of these things, and some were very buggy. This one works fine, but be prepared for lots of blue light at night, its bright. The card reader is very fast, and reads all the standard media. The fan controls and display are a pleasant shade of blue, and are more than adequately illuminated. The usb and fire wire extensions are plenty long, and work as expected. Overall, I am happy with this attractive, functional addon.

This product looks great. But I found that when mounting it in the case it didn't fit. I tried everything, once I rigged it in place it wouldn't work, I was unhappy when I got it all hooked up and it didn't work, so i took it back for a full refund.

At first it seems like a good buy.well it isnt. Had not trouble mounting and wiring. The trouble is the card readers they dont read them. I set it up perfectly. The USB works fine. But whats a card reader without being able to read anything.

I heard in previous reviews the extra amount of cables included in the device. All the cables have a utility, at least, in my mother board. What it was for real is the card reader alignment. I cannot believe it!!! To this point I have not bee able to test the card reader because the front face plate is obstructing the MS Card reader. I thought by now QA in china or where ever this product was made, learned from so many complaints.

After my first device didn't work at all, I had it replaced. The second device wouldn't read an 8 GB CF card, something I confirmed with the manufacturer and my father's identical device that the product should be able to do. I'm fed up and will not be going near ultra products again, as they clearly don't care.

Very cool but made of cheap plastic. Lots of features. I would have rated this area higher but the software doesnt run on W7. Performance has been very good so far.

Installation was quick and easy. several of the features connected to USB headers and I found myself short of USB headers. I can purchase a USB PCI card. I will also have to find a card to connect the headphones and Mic cables to.

To answer one reviewer question, the temp sensors go on the CPU, and the other one monitors the board, video card or whatever you want. I have a Cooler Master Hyper N520 and it allows me to place the CPU sensor right on the CPU plate. The price for this was ok for 35 bucks there seems to be a lot of wires which makes cable management a bugger. I like the CPU Fan speed control because I have a AMD 125w X4 955 and the bad boy gets hot. I also like the alarm when the cpu reaches 120 degrees. What I hate is that it wont read SDHC x6 media cards. It will read x2 but not x6. Installation was fairly easy but dont bother with instructions they are a joke.

The manual is about as clear as the mississipi river. Where do you put the temp sensors? That aside, it works once you figure it out. It doesn't really fit very well, you gotta play around with it.

I think the price is just right for this item if you consider you get what you pay for. The card reader, USB ports, and ESATA ports lose connection regularly and make it just about useless. The product looks good when installed, but the functionality is so poor that I have removed it and thrown it away at this point.

couple things to many wires they should have have wires that can plug in both ends like other 5.25 onces do. annoying beep at over 120dgrees, and this is the 2nd one i recived in exchange from this manufature, 1st one went out on a fulty fan 1 wire. very nice piece for having fan control, media inputs, and a lcd.

Not a high-end add-on by any stretch of imagination, but works as advertised. It lined up just fine in my NZXT M59 case right off the bat, fan control and speed are working just fine. My only trouble seems to be audio jacks not working, but I think that has to do with the MB itself.

Unable to get the fan speed working. Don't know if it is something I missed or it is the fault of the unit itself. Otherwise the front USB jacks, Sata jacks, headphone jacks and card reader all work great! You will definitely need some zip ties to hold all the wires in place inside your case. This unit has a lot of wires on it.

buy this if your computer is ten years old and dose not have any of these hook ups but magically has sata and usb2 on the motherboard. tons of wires, this is pretty much a replacement for any hookups you have on your case. most motherboards only have 2 usbhookups and you are expected to disconnect one of those to hook up the reader. trying to figure out where too put all these wires and the numerous things i cant hook up on my brand new i7 motherboard took more time than the rest of the build. 3pin fan connectors, im taking it out.

After installing this kit to the case, I had a bear of a time trying to hook the sensors up to the heat sinks. The directions are practically useless in this regards!! I had no idea where to hook them up and once I figured out (after much trial and error) where they went, the sensors kept slipping off. Avoid this model. The sensors are useless and are less accurate than the monitoring tools that come with most motherboards. Also, once the thing starts to beep, there is no way to turn down the volume or stop it.
