Strong tiny piece of gear. Feels sturdy. I utilised this to hook to 100ft cables from my kitchen, by means of my attic, and into my space. The coupler functions great, no noticeable lag at all. To small? Uncomplicated to lose? Good strong obtain, quite inexpensive. |

This is specifically what you assume it is - it will extend the length of your RJ45 ethernet patch cable by connecting with one more. It is a fantastic excellent item. (Hooray, no rude surprises with this connector - It is NOT a crossover connector - which I originally bought and then received again on the RMA.) none I have a want for these issues from time to time. Not extended ago, I spent a couple of dollars less on a thing else, RMA'd it back, only to come across the same thing didn't function, Again!! Then I really checked it out, went to the mftr page, read the fine print, and realized that I had stupidly bought a crossover connector (which, like, for example, with a peer to peer direct LAN connection amongst two PCs, has to have some of the lines crossed and in that case you can't use a regular patch cable.) Fundamentally, the less costly connector WAS NOT a patch cable EXTENDER, like this a single is. To defend the world (and my future dumb self) I gave that other one a 1-egg review for misleading copy. This connector=no difficulties. |

It does what you may require it to do! If you are a couple of feet brief and require to add on to an existing cable, you will require one particular of these... The price for confident. Also why cant they either contain 1 of these with cables or even sell cables with one of these attached on one finish comparable to a standard extension cord for 115v... As usual, NewEgg had what I necessary and shipped it to me suitable away! |

Really Solid. No problems at all with it. None You can get couplers places like hardware shops less expensive, but this 1 feels like a lot much better high quality, worth the slight price difference. |
