Cons: SSD speed, screen, keyboard, trackpad

Pros: Lightweight, thin design
Comment:
The "ultrabook" platform is a blatant rip-off of the MacBook Air if I ever saw one, and this is no different. Asus is trying to mimick the MBA, with poor results at best. The SSD runs like a slug next to an MBA, I found the keyboard very uncomfortable to write on for even a short period of time, and although the touchpad on this laptop is a VAST improvement from any other PC trackpad I've ever tried, it still cannot touch a MBA/MBP glass pad; this touchpad is fluid, when it wants to be, and has an unacceptable amount of lag before it chooses to respond to scroll commands. Also, many people have stated the screen on this laptop is superior in resolution to the MBA, complete BULL! I'll take 1440 x 900 vs 1600 x 900 any day! For someone that does accounting or spreadsheets, a 16x10 aspect ratio will beat a 16x9 any day.The PC industry is shaking in their boots with the rapid popularity of the Apple platform, and facing declining sales to the iPad, and no creativity left in the PC ecosystem, they are ripping off Apple products left right and centre. Hope Apple goes after the OEM's that make these Ultrabooks and sue them for such utter theft!By the way, I would've given this machine a 1.5 star rating, had NCIX not tried to force me to enter a Order ID. Way to go for trying to withhold negative product feedback from other unknowing consumers!

Cons: Keyboard is under average. 256gb Sandisk U100 SSD has good sequential write/read but is probably the WORST ssd in 4k/4kqd32. Pathetic speeds of 10mb/s and under resulting in an extremely mediocre 5.9 Windows Index. The DH-52 with 128GB has a far superior SSD (7,9 windows index). 250$ + for worst performances is not a good deal. Laptop arrived with a tiny scratch on the side but not worth returning.

Pros: Beautiful design. Solid. Very good trackpad. Speakers are loud and sound much better than other laptops. 1600 x 900 resolution 450 nits bright screen. USB 3.0. WiFi reception is excellent.
Comment:
Nice laptop with flaws. Keyboard could be much better. SSD 4k/4kqd32 speeds completely unacceptable. Better go for the 128GB DH-52 with a much better ADATA SSD. Other than the keyboard and the SSD, everything is excellent.
