I was using an GeForce 9600 GSO and it was a resource hog, it use alot of power but I find with this GeForce 9800 GT I don't need an external power source for it to work with the top games like Call of duty Modern warfare. It works beautifully. I am very happy with my upgrade. |

I use the two sli : PNY GeForce 9800 GT EE Video Card - 512MB GDDR3, PCI Express 2.0, (2) Dual Link DVI cards for my Star Trek Online game and the cards do quiet well . i run all settings on max . though there 512 megs each i feel there fine for game play and performence . the price is good for what you get . Geforce once again is the best . i did test the cards with nvidia 256 medussa and the cards ran is without blinking . so i am impressed. |

This card is very good for the price but when I did the Win 7 performance numbers on it. It came back .1 lower than my old 8800GT card from the same machine. Otherwise I have no issues with it and it plays my games just fine. |

runs BFheroes,cod4,2142 maxed runs GTA4mostly on high.on gta4 very high is an option but that causes a lil lag.if i had another 2 gig stic of ram to make 4 gig that would help GTA4 alot.would buy again |

One of the best cards I've ever owned. Doesn't require any additional wires to the power supply with low power consumption. Games run at maximum settings with no drop in FPS. Price and performance is great. The only drawback is that the card ran a little hot at first before I noticed that the stock fan speed was set to 40%. Nothing that EVGA Precision couldn't fix. 40c on idle, 60-65c on full load. Great card. |

This is a very good graphics card for its price compusa is very cheap i would recommend it. i can play all the newest games with it like Cod4, NFS undercover, i still didn't find a game i couldn't run. |

If you're looking to upgrade a computer to a more powerful card, but don't have a PCI-E connector on your power supply, this is the card to get! The 'EE' stands for 'Energy Efficient.' Contrary to the description (describes a reference model 9800GT), This card uses significantly less power and no PCI-E power supply is needed. It ran fine on a cheap-o 380 watt power supply. The only downside is that with the small power draw, overclocking just doesn't happen. However, with upgrade price consideration, (no need for a new power supply) this is the best card out there! |
A great card that I got to replace the onboard graphics for my PC. Would recommend to all. Plays COD4 on highest resolution easily with no lag. Just excellent graphics overall. The only recommendation I have is BEFORE you install the card to check out the fan and possibly put a bit of oil on it so that it runs a bit smoother, but other than that just plug it in, install the drivers, and you're ready to go!
