initial startup fine! so I believed all seemed well. Right after a few minutes of putting the PNY disc in and replacing the old driver. The card started making a loud noise from the fan area, as if it was going to tear apart. I checked it and it was semi-detached/not fixedd inplace. I then got a blue screen. This was the second card, the first had a bad driver, but now this, no way! Not worth the headache, requested refund this time.

When it works. . it . . performs? I've gone thru 3 cards of this brand now. (I originally purchased 2 for two seperate computer systems) Very first card almost caught on fire (smoked) the initially 10 minutes of use. The 2nd card performs but operates SUPER hot (I Reside in alaska and usually heat is NOT a dilemma but it is for this card!) and the 3rd card locks up randomly all the time. I upgraded from a GTX285 and didnt have lockups and the card that runs hot seldom locks up (by hot I mean it floats close to 90deg celsius) . But this 3rd card locks up constantly. I don't know if it's the GTX570 ingeneral that is troublesome or if it's this certain PNY model. I am going to attempt to see if I can get a store credit for this 3rd carda nd pick up a distinct brand name.

PNY GTX 570 replaced a GTS 450 in my program.Overall performance surpassed my expectations. Right here is why I rated it four eggs rather than 5...upon opening the box I found the back plate on the card was bent and warped in no significantly less than six places, and not slightly bent either, consider 90 degree angles all over the spot.Rather than RMA I bent the back plate back into shape and installed the card. Fortunately the shoddy workmanship didn't carry over to the graphics card itself. This was not shipping harm, the newegg box as nicely as the PNY box had been in outstanding situation.Hint to PNY: High quality Control is important. This is a large card... I don't feel I realized rather how big till it came time to install in the case. I had to get inventive with my SATA cables and difficult drives to squeeze everything in.Tight fit in a mATX case.My subsequent buy from newegg will likely be an ATX motherboard and mid tower case.

Fast computation Small memory for programming If you like to do rapidly computations (CUDA) this is a excellent card. For the price tag of two 580s you can obtain 3 570s. If power is not a challenge, then this is the sweet-spot for calculations/$. Functions excellent for boinc as well.

None I must have gotten a different batch than most persons here, since even though the box says DVI + DVI + Mini-HDMI the 1 I received has DVI, DVI, complete size HDMI and a display port. Installed card and booted up Win 7 64-bit, installed newest driver straight from Nvidia. Attempted to run Windows Experience rating. Got a black screen and computer crashed. Rebooted attempted with Windows Update driver. Similar issue. Tried to load the drivers from the disc that came with the card. Says the adapter isn't compatible. Looked at the files on the disc, no Win7 drivers. On the box it says, Compatible with Windows 7. You would believe this would imply they have the Windows 7 drivers on the disc. Attempted an older graphics card almost everything worked fine. Returning it and receiving an EVGA.

Cool temps, compact, excellent value (if it would have worked better) Nicely it began providing me issues immediately, when I initial hooked it up it wasn't finding any power, power provide wasn't the problem 龒 watts, new, worked with a gtx460 that also makes use of 2 6 pin PCIe connectors). I reseated the power connectors and genuinely forced them in and it was fine. No major deal. Started playing some COD Black Ops and for the first 2 days it was fine and then I started noticing a higher pitch whine coming from the gpu, kept getting worse and worse till I could hear it with my headset on. About the identical time the card started to occasionally reduce out, personal computer would remain on but no signal was coming from the gpu. Bummer. RMA'd I'd like to say newegg has been truly beneficial so far, I just got my RMA information and it really should be smooth to send it back for a refund.Replaced with a gigabyte gtx 580, none of the same problems at all

Extremely excellent price tag, when it functions its a beast. Effectively...the very first thing that type of alerted me, was that the driver DVD stated I had an incompatible card, oh well no biggie, went on the web downloaded the most recent drivers. Then proceeded to have a troublesome night of difficulty shooting. It would randomly crash, the complete display would go black, and I'd have to hold the energy button, to turn it off. I've heard negative issues about PNY, thought I'd give them a possibility, was a massive error. These twendy bucks you save by purchasing this card, obtain from a superior brand name, and save your self 20 bucks worth of headaches. Don't acquire this card.

wonderful card. idles around 40 in my little affordable case that doesn't have the very best ventilationcan get up to about 90 during full load which isn't bad but i will will need to get a superior case eventually to reduced that a tiny kinda lengthy but it's to be expectedotherwise practically nothing worth marking it down for

PNY did include a Nvidia 570 GPU & Memory. The images that PNY provided to NewEgg, are not the photos of the product being shipped. I ignored the negative word on the street about PNY. Only cause I decided to acquire this card was primarily based on it being the cheapest of them all at the time. Properly the word on the street was appropriate. They use deceptive advertising and marketing approaches to sell there sub-par produces, and ought to be banned from selling items in any of the globe markets. What you will get is a non-reference design and style. Which dumps hot the hot air into your case. A more affordable heat-sink which will cause your Nvidia chip to run at the ragged edge of acceptable temperatures which in impact lowers the efficiency life of your card. The cards that exactly where sent to reviewers was the reference Nvidia design and style. Which vent hot air out the rear of your case and a heat-sink design and style that will retain your nvidia chip good and cool! You believed you exactly where obtaining a very good reference design and style by Nvidia, however what you get from PNY is there sub-par design and style!PNY is the only maker of Quadro Nvidia cards. They do make Geforce cards also, but mainly because the difference in cost they clearly feel that Geforce purchasers don't deserve any respect! Or it could be they just dont give a Hoot about anyone but themselves and how considerably they can con you out of.I called PNY they stated that they did change there style to a non-reference design and style. The fraud is they never reissued new photographs nor did they modify there element quantity!

I bought this card along with a mobo/CPU/memory upgrade, but this card stands out as a powerhouse. Along with my i7 950 CPU and 12GB memory, my system screams. Video stutter is gone, no additional game troubles 񣳠 and 1st-gen phenom predecessor had a tough time running black-ops), this card is a wonderful answer for someone who desires a single-card answer. Runs quite hot. This card runs right at the ragged edge of the acceptable temp range for a GPU. I mean inside 4 degrees. I guess that's standard. You may want to make certain this factor has lots of space to suck up the cold air in your case, mainly because it will need it. This poor boy wants 2 PCI-E power cables, so if you are hunting into SLi with two of these, you may well require a gigantic PSU with four PCI-E connections. I wasn't looking for an SLi option so I actually don't care, but if you require the bragging rights that undesirable, be ready.

Runs coolRatherGreat OC (running at 800MHz-was at 850Mhz but a bit hot throughout stress tests) Card is lengthy, was tight match to set up This Card has performed excellent. I was capable to OC it to 850MHz and it was steady but temps climbed up to higher 70C range in a few mins. Seeing as I didnt want to crank up the fan (due to noise) I set core at 800MHz with fan set to 50%. Throughout testing temps rise to around 60C. Will crank this puppy up once I get a new water block for it. And to Anhui, no I didnt get a SLI bridge in my package. In the pics it clearly shows you recieve a energy adapter, HDMI to mini adapter, installation CD and a DVI to VGA adapter. I guess that could be a CON :-(. ( I already had a single so not a COn for me)

* Fits into slot completely (My GTX480 necessary a tiny "motivation" to fit into slot) * Fan is truly close to plastic cover, when it heats up and expands, it jammed into cover and overheated, crashing OS As soon as card cooled down, I was capable to push the fan back into the slot and it was free of charge spinning once again. I have two of these, so I am presently testing other card with Folding@Home (to push heat needs up) to try and recreate concern, so far following 1 hour it seems to run fine. Make sure you verify the fan is free of charge spinning Ahead of you install!

This point is a mega upgrade from my gtx 260, not only does it run cooler without having any fan tweaking but its quieter also. The overall performance of this issue is staggering also. Runs each game i own maxed with max AA, AF, 1920 x 1080 res. AvP, BFBC2, MW2, AoC, really like it. no stickers in the case, lol Exceptional solution, it is a reference create so it doesn't matter who you acquire it from, XFX, Galaxy, PNY etc, these are all made at Nvidia and final point of sale is from whichever firm. PNY has lifetime warranties though, so they hooked me there.

Cool looking card, some good perks like totally free 3 month ESEA subscription. Exactly where to commence. This card failed to deliver anything to me. Now ahead of you (the reader) dismiss this as user error I'd like for you to know that with this brand 鷐 & 500 series cards) that there is a thread on the Nvidia forums (look up 虠 and 500 series lockup club") that has effectively more than 60 pages of people reporting the identical problems I have experienced. I would take into account myself a higher-experience user and did do every point imaginable to get this card to just boot. I sent it back for a RMA and will report back if my subsequent Nvidia card I acquire has the exact same concerns. Be wary of certain motherboards (there is a list of recognized operating boards on that thread.) I wish i would've seen this thread ahead of acquiring. Will update this to see if my card was a fluke or if it is in truth a recurring issue; I am betting on a faulty device; let's hope so.

As with other reviewers for this product I upgraded from a pair of 5870's in crossfire. I never ever felt like I was finding the correct power from the ATI cards and felt it was simply down to the driver. Aside from the truth that ATI drivers are the worst to update, they don't give the excellent you would count on from a top of the line card. I had often employed Nvidia products up until the 5870's but built my gaming rig when Nvidia was in an ugly location for their cards. When the 570's came out I wasn't even positive whether to get them as the spec had the 570 and 5870's close on paper. Pulled the trigger and I'm glad I did. Night and day. Greater looking games with very noticable overall performance improvement in overall performance. Place two 570's in SLI, they run quiet, cool and Fast! The true distinction in efficiency comes with the over graphics and anytime you need eye-candy such as AA and the like. Also, in no way have to be concerned if the driver will play nice with a game. Not worthy of losing an egg, but be aware, the cards DO NOT come with a SLI cable. Sorry PNY but my Radeon 5870's did. Fortunately, hung onto the SLI that came with the board. But if I had been ever to place one more a single of these in my rig, I would have to get 1....not fantastic. Despite the fact that I normally obtain all my stuff on New egg I got a 'best obtain' elsewhere....identical price tag, less costly delivery and reward points (yay)

Beast. Beast. Beast. by no means

Great upgrade from 5770, glad to be performed with ATI drivers.no matters with heat like others have stated I gave it 4 eggs due to the truth that the card being sold isn't the same as the card pictured. The good component about that is that it comes with a total size HDMI.

its name is gtx 570 Poor build high quality. the plastic cover over gpu and stickers on the cover is poor. (there was air bubles below the sticker) AND my card came with damaged socket. There was no harm in shipping package. Also there was no harm on The graphics card box either. I am confident the reason of the damage was poor create Top quality. And I sent it back mainly because of I dont want to burn my motherboard. pny cards are produced in china (there is a sticker behind the card says that)

This card is a dream compared to my ATI HD 5870. The 5870 is a good card, but ATI's drivers are a nightmare. It seemed like every single other version of the driver had some significant problem. All round the card is just a bit more quickly than the ATI HD5870, with a lot of power to play full screen 1080p video games with complete detail ྰx anitstropic filtering, 16x anti-aliasing) with no slowdown. The drivers are straightforward to use and don't slow down the laptop or computer with heavy startup apps. Some games (Resident Evil five, Mass Effect two) don't help Anti-aliasing. It doesn't appear like I can force it either. I am hoping that the next version of drivers will repair this. The NVIDIA application is the primary reason to choose it more than ATI. Not only are the drivers additional stable, the demos are way cooler as well. The card just works, as you would count on from a 跾 card. Ahead of I purchased this card I downloaded the new ATI beta drivers. I was hoping this was going to be a key improvement over ATI horrible catalyst driver, but it was even worse. As well negative ATI, NVIDIA software package is just plain far better!

Has exceeded my expectations, I am running BFBC2 at complete x8 AA and 16x AF.I expected 60-70fps i am finding 80-100+ (of course dipping down to mid 40's in intensive battles and explosions) Idel it stays around 30c below load its been hitting low 70's Quickly shipping as usual newegg thank you! Card is extended, on the other hand it is NOT any longer than the 8800GT cards. The card i did get is Different from what Newegg has on their advertisement, nonetheless it is a greater configuration than what is advertised! The DVI connections are 1 in every single slot, 1 full HDMI and 1 mini HDMI.AMD Phenom II x4 9850, 4GB ddr800 320gb Sata three

Has wonderful specs and really good cost Lasted about 30 minutes and when I tried to play my 1st game with it (Battlefield Negative Business 2) it shut down my process and began smoking. I have generally bought XFX cards and it looks like I will be going back to them and sticking with Radeon cards. Newegg RMA sucks. They gave me 2 games as an Nvidia promotion that I never employed but won't let me return and are taking the ๋ out of my refund. Initially time poor expertise I have had with Newegg...may begin utilizing other online retailers much more.

I think it would be rapid, if it worked. Looks cool as well. Card was dead on arrival. Upon first boot, my BIOS splash screen was artifacted with white lines. Tried it in two different computers, with the most up-to-date drivers, and all it did was artifact. Receiving PNY to respond is like pulling teeth. I ended up returning this card, as PNY never ever got back to me. Glad I kept my trusty 9800GT around...
