I really like the phone system, but I thought the hand units were light-weight and not made very well at first. Now that I've used them a few times, they seem to be just fine but took some getting used to after having a set that felt more like a phone in your hand. I do get some interference that my old ones didn't get, but all-in-all, it's a nice system.
