Good big fan. PSU is rather as can be. The optional cords are excellent since you can add them as necessary and no want to have tons of cords in the case that you won't use. Tends to make keeping the case clean even easier. Heavy unit but it is a large power supply. Typically went with Antec PSU's in the past but glad I made the switch to Thermal Take. I got nothing at all to complain about them so far.

None We purchased a new custom built computer system this power provide was bought through new egg and employed. This system runs a lot on the other hand this is a 850W energy supply and must have functioned for a lengthy time. About two weeks of running the new pc the energy provide crashed. Because the item was only 贓 and we needed the program right away we did not want to wait for New Eggs return policy or bother contacting the manufacturer. Manufacturer Response:Dear Client, We at Thermaltake apologize for the inconvenience this may well have triggered you. Please get in touch with ttsupport@thermaltakeusa.com for warranty service.Very best Regards,

Stable power beneath 600W to 620W load (depending upon whether all my SATA HDDs are connected). Temperature straight above the fan ranges from 27C to 30C (with outflowing 120mm fan straight beside it). Despite the fact that far more of a compatibility challenge than something else, the motherboard and EPS cables had been a small on the short side. Had to rig up a makeshift answer to move the unit up about 2 inches so it would attain safely. I have a Xclio "Flagship" 2000 case, so fellow owners ought to beware of this situation. Bought from a different retailer (rhymes with ideal eye) for a slightly higher value, but nonetheless feel like I got my cash's worth. Hope I can say the similar a year from now.

Wonderful high quality, you can inform this is worth the money just by opening the box. The specs and pic show 20Ʋ pin connection, but when i recieved it was straight 24pin. I could not use this for a 20pin config.

Quiet.Sturdy, higher-excellent materials.Cords are sleeved and orderly.Modular design is a enormous bonus. Not adequate PCI-E to power TWO massive video cards (x2 six pin each and every)However, with molex adapters you will still be able to energy both cards, so it's not worth an egg, I'm just observing. As other peopls have noted this factor is a BEAST and it is HEAVY. I would NOT set up this PSU in a case that demands a top installation. Mine is extremely comfortably seated at the bottom exactly where it belongs.

Very clean modular cables.Extremely uncomplicated to customize as necessary for the specific computer system.Lots of power for what I necessary. The PSU I received seemed to not match the item description. Particularly the principal connector was 24pin as an alternative of 20Ʋ as it was listed in the Overview. I was needing a 20 pin connector and was hoping to use this PSU as my solution. There is even a image of a 20Ʋ connector, but it is not what I received.I had to return this item as it is not capable to assistance my technique. Client help insists that they sent me the suitable item, and Thermaltake's internet site supports that, but the product description is wrong and does not match the manufacturer's specifications. Please verify each the listing AND the manufacturer's listing to make positive this is exactly what you want.

Thermaltake's RMA procedure is awesome given that it's carried out on the web. You don't have to deal with techs that treat you like you're incompetent. This PSU is magic!!! If you plug this point in to one thing, it has the capability to turn that component into a paperweight!!! Only 2 consɅ.) I've had this PSU for about five-6 months now. If you search for the W0319RU model on the manufacturer's site you will see that it has 1 12v rail. If you check on here, you see 4 12v rails. Usually not a dilemma if you know how to balance your rails, but my rig at present has a 4670 which does not have a power connector; it draws it's power by means of the mobo. Once more, not a problem unless you have no idea how quite a few rails your PSU actually has. It took me a even though of RMAing my mobo just before I realized that the mobo wasn't the dilemma- it was the PSU. 5 instances this point fried my mobo. I just RMAd this PSU about 2 weeks ago since it was almost fried and my rig ran for 2 hours soon after I got it back. two.) Tech help was unhelpful in helping me figure out my PSU, and also Really challenging to comprehend. Engrish, any person? The two hours my rig ran right after the RMA of the PSU was Without having the 4670 in, so even if it had four rails none need to have been overloaded. I have finally had adequate of dealing with this PSU and just bought an additional one that I will try out when my rig comes back. I attempted to wait for the PSU to execute adequately just before I wrote a review, but I'm tired of dealing with it. Soon after the initial expense of this PSU, my new PSU, and the 7 RMA processes I'm out over 踰 simply because of this. Not to mention an additional RMA for the fried component that is preventing my rig from currently running. Apparently I just got a shoddy PSU that can't be fixed; as well negative for me. This is one particular of those "buyer beware" items. A PSU really should not fry the elements in your laptop, specifically when the rails aren't overloaded. Granted it's my fault for looking at a item from a manufacturer and ordering someplace else, but it shouldn't have turn out to be a expensive guessing game. I feel it's time the sellers start out coordinating their specs.

looks genuine good and its modular the unit was defective from the begin but was tough to pinpoint it as the issue considering that other hardware was added at the exact same time. The voltages had been extremely unstable causing a new error each and every boot and at one point it wouldnt boot into windows at all. Swapped in my old PS and all was excellent again. Given that this was the only unit at the store, i stayed with my old ps considering that it was nevertheless operating very well.

Modular cables. Steady power. Heavy unit (That's a excellent sign). Directions are a bit vague. But hey, how considerably instruction do you want for a energy provide. Not a con for the quality but, this unit has a thermostat for the fan to come on. I got seriously excited soon after turning it on and no fan running. So just a heads up not to freak out if the fan isn`t running. Give it a few. This PSU works good on my I7 system for the past year. I monitor my voltages just about everyday and this thing has been strong. To the individual who stated there were not enough 6pins..2 are permanently attached and 2 are modular. You also have 2 a lot more PCI connectors on the back of the psu for a total of six. You would need to have to buy a lot more cables of course.

This was an uncomplicated install in my mid size case. Awesome modular design and style. Powering two 5850's with lots to spare. And its incredibly quiet, way quieter than my old antec earthwatts 650w. The only issue i can think of is that the cords are quite bulky. But theres no explanation to dock an egg for that. The modular design and style aids alot with that. and i anticipated it due to the fact i have a mid tower. Really pleased with this. dont hesitate.

None. Booted the technique often in my new create. Went by means of my technique and changed and tested other elements and even returned a Mobo since I believed Mobo is causing the issue. Ultimately I found that it is this energy provide that is causing unwanted reboots (by testing it making use of a lower powered PS). As quickly as there is a slight raise in energy demand (increased fan speed in my Antec 900 2 and so forth), the technique freezes. Given that I submitted the MIR given that the power supply booted the technique initially. Incorrect concept. Now Newegg will not take the return. So sending it for RMA Save your self time and income and obtain some other brand (I heard a number of such troubles with regards to Thermaltake but decided to give them a attempt) Wrong Notion.
