Cons: Network and VOIP connection lost regularly.Wireless is only B and G.

First week with the device and everything was great. It was easy to setup and voice quality was good. However over the 2 months the system seems to randomly stop working. I need to cycle power on average 3 times a week. This seems to be a common problem with this unit. Check out this thread at the Cisco forms. https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2021695/I have tried different firmware without any success. I would avoid this unit until Cisco finds a fix.
